Room is nice and clean. Quiet compared to staying at a casino. Breakfast buffet was included which is a very nice bonus. Conveniently right around the corner from the convention center. Just a 7 min walk for me to get to where I needed to be. Will definitely come back and stay again.

It's a little bit off the beaten path, but monorail easily walkable, convenient store right next door and hotel extremely clean. Love the free breakfast, not tons of options but hot scrambled eggs and meat option. And I think weekend offered the waffle maker. Thumbs way up.

Parking is charge per night

Car was broken into and back drivers side door glass was busted. Room was good and clean but had a smell as if the carpet was cleaned and not fully dried. Elevator did not work going to parking garage.

We had a short 3 day stay for three adults. We stayed in one room with a king bed and sofa bed. Everything was clean and comfortable. Even in a relatively small room, the sofa area was separated from the main bed by a partition glass wall and offered nice privacy. Breakfasts were included and the buffet provided a nice variety of choices, all well prepared. The rooftop pool was a pleasant respite during the VERY hot days - it was well over 100 every day of our stay. We used ride shares everywhere we went, and never had a problem getting quick service here. Due to a flight change, we requested a delayed checkout time and the ability to store our bags until departure and the staff was very accommodating. The only negative issue is that there was very little in room storage for clothing. The closet space was adequate, but we only had two small drawers for clothing. It wasn’t a problem due to our short stay, but if we were here for a week it would be an issue. Overall highly recommend!

Hotel was fairly new, so it's overall condition/appearance was good! Refrigerator was small with no freezer, could not keep much in there having to stay for several days & it had no freezer compartment. Didn't have much of s selection of the hot food for breakfast, had scramble eggs every day.

Staff were friendly breakfast was nice travelled with family, including little children and they enjoyed the pool. The room was also neat and stylish.

Traveled with my family, the staff was curteous, ecellent customer service. Very good location, property and rooms are well kept up and clean. The pool area has signs for people not to dive in but during our stay the pool was crowded and people were not forllowing the rules, some kids and adults were acting rowdy and diving in one after another and coming very close to hitting us, we were in the pool with young children so it was kind of stressful, they should monitor the pool.

Our car was one of several broken into at 4-430 pm broad daylight in parking lot at the hotel , apparently it’s happened before but little security measures noted , no cameras on levels Better to stay in a hotel with better security, staff helped us clean but not what we expect from a Marriott hotel

Just one nite stay. We were satisfied. Thank you for working with me on my request for a lower floor for health reasons.

Around the property there is nothing much to do, but it has a nice location if you want to be in a convenient spot to Uber to the Strip or downtown. The only thing I did not really like was because the hotel was super super packed. The breakfast was really bad trying to support the demand, so we literally had old bagels and eggs everyday, with drip coffee and over 50 people, which made hard even to find where to sit. One day I had to do a plate and go upstairs to eat because there was no space left. But more than that, it is a cool spot :)

We love the room space and amenities, very few offer options for more than 4 persons. Good breakfast.

I was attending an event at the Las Vegas Convention Center which is directly across the street. Very convenient. I parked my car in the parking structure which was safe and secure. Even though it was extremely hot in Las Vegas that weekend, I was very comfortable inside the hotel. All in all a very enjoyable weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel needs an update. Old furniture. I asked for towels took almost an hour to get additional towel. Towels are tiny and cheap.

SpringHill Suites Vegas is right next to the con center. We were able to walk to our destinations though we often burred due to the heat. The power is very well maintained. The breakfast was definitely a plus for during our stay, although the waffle maker was only out during the weekend and this made me sad. Our room was nice and big for a family of four there for a dance competition with lots of clothes and costumes.

Great stay. Good room. Love the lite dinners Mon-Wed. Need more breakfast seating. Would like more than one cleaning a week. Need carpets shampooed. 2nd time we've stayed there for Disney. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful place if you are trying to stay away from a casino hotel, and yet close enough to all attraction. Definitely family friendly and the breakfast had great options. Would definitely come back.
