It's was great. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The night staff person was very helpful.

Great staff welcome was beautiful enjoy the evening met new friends as a retired military man from 24 years as a Vietnam veteran I found another veteran there and we exchange stories and feel comfortable thank you all

Holiday Inn Express has become my Go-To home when I am on the road, and this recent trip 4/24 - 5/4 was no exception. ALWAYS constant, 4 pillows on each bed, 2 soft, 2 firm, delightful, restful mattress and bedding. Bathtubs that are not for children only and plenty of towels, etc.
Thank you to the women I met at this stay, Imelda in the dining room was exceptional Alicia, and Nialely(sp?), and Angela who greeted me at the front desk.

We had to climb 3 floors the elevators were not working and we were not notified ! We had a lot to carry up and that made me very upset !

The room was great, beds were comfy & we loved that the shades made the room extra dark & room was cold just like we like! Definitely will stay again if we travel through Snyder.

They double booked us and we walked in on someone showing!!! Then they refused to make it right. They were out of that type of hotel room and refused to upgrade us. They blamed Expedia but it was clearly an error in their system.

Stayed overnight while travelling from Fort Collins CO to Austin TX. Made last minute reservations via Hotels.com app. Accommodations were excellent, super clean facilities and very friendly staff. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying there while visiting Snyder TX.

This is a typical Holiday Inn Express. The unforgettable part is that the construction on the main and smaller area of the 2nd floor created considerable construction and drywall dust. It attaches to everything it touches in hallways and floors. The room was just fine as well as breakfast.
There was no pre-warning of construction or we would have booked elsewhere. A very disappointing experience.

The hotel was being renovated at the time we were there. We still got good service and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay.
