Perfect in every way. I also loved that there was convenient EV charging in the parking garage.

It started out bad by giving us a room with a broken shower door. So we had to move all our bags a second time to an even worse room with no spare toilet paper or a bath matt. The water is that soft kind and you never feel like the soap comes off. The rooms are weirdly inconveniently shaped as if this was an old property and was renovated to make two small rooms into a medium one by doing the bare minimum. There was no effort the second day of our stay to clean our room or even just give us fresh towels. The front desk people were lovely and the location is great. It’s just not up to the usual SpringHill Suites standards.

The room was nice with the exception of a few minor things. We didn’t use the shower. We weren’t sure if it hadn’t been cleaned or if the base needed to be replaced because it was damaged. There also was what appeared to be water damage on the sink. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and made it difficult to sleep. Would I stay here again? Hmm maybe not.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Do wish they had their shampoo, co ditioner, and body wash filled in our room since we forgot our own. Other than that breakfast was hot and good. Swimming pool an exercise room was nice.

Picturesque surroundings and plenty of eatinf options. It's near Utah State University. The complimentary breakfast was really good.

Shower door was broken and there was mold around the grout. Room needed new furniture and new lighting as it was very dark. Not good value for money

This was a perfect place for us to stop by on our way through Logan. It was clean it was upscale. The staff was nice and there was a lot of space in the rooms the perfect place.

Very comfortable place to stay. Quiet area with easy access. Staff very professional.

The only thing I did not like was they are short on house keeping staff. however this seems to be a common problem at may hotels.

Great location and friendly staff

Staff was super nice and provided great information about the area and food. I had found some things on my floor that showed they didnt' get under all of the furniture well. I wish trash was taken out daily instead of only work done over 3 days of stay.

Good hotel for large gatherings, sports teams, etc. We were there for regional gymnastics meet. Although very busy, staff were incredible and efficient at check in. Would stay again.

The room was neat and tidy. Only one suggestion. Along with coffee, some chocolate packets could be made available.

We had an excellent experience! Swimming in the pool and floating in the hot tub the having a sleepover in our room is a highlight for our whole family!

Excellent place, only next to my room was a youth group and they was making a lot noise all night. I rented the room for two nights and I left stay only one night, and I returned the key next day at 6;00pm. I didn’t use the room the second night

Disappointing stay for a Marriott property. Room is terribly designed. Bathrooms face the beds so turning a light on wakes others in the bed. Really, really bad design. No facial tissue. Shower did not work properly. Our room was above the pool and had obnoxiously strong smell of chlorine. Definitely will not be back to this property.

Beautiful property nice and clean

Our family has stayed at many Marriott hotels, including other SpringHill Suites locations. During our entire stay WiFi was not working, due to DNS server failure. WiFi is an absolute necessity for me, since I often am required to work while on the road. Neither the free or upgraded WiFi was available. I had to run across the street to the local Jimmy Johns to get any internet service. The room we reserved was a Two Queen Suite that is supposed to sleep 6. The room has two queens, but instead of a sofa bed to sleep two more, there is a couch with a trundle bed, so unless someone sleeps on the couch, there is only sleeping arrangements for 5. As the father of my family, I took one for the team and slept on the very uncomfortable couch for two nights, which was absolutely ridiculous. They only provide 2 towels for each room, so all rooms with more than two people had to ask for towels, which made the front desk super busy just for towels, and there was usually only one person at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were so chlorinated that my eyes had chemical burns from just being in the room (not even swimming). I had to open the outside door and sit halfway outside in the cold just to be able to watch my kids swim for the short time they could stand it. The west elevator is in severe need of repair (said by an elevator mechanic we rode with there). Breakfast was decent. I usually love the Marriott hotel family, but this one seems to be cutting too many corners.

Parking was not very good

They ran out of towels for the swiming pool. Several times we asked for more. Had to take towels from the fitness room. Also, I was charged for an extra room on my credit card.

Room was very clean, nice smell, comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Liked all the food opportunities around the Motel.

This is a wonderful hotel. It’s fresh and clean and new. Everyone who works here is very friendly. For the price. This is an excellent place to stay.

This hotel is a clean and comfortable facility! We loved our suite which allowed us to spread out. We watched the super bowl here which was fun because we had a living-room! Very clever to have a shower room and a separate bathroom! Very comfortable!! The staff were fantastic, helpful, and kind!! Breakfast was decent too!

Parking for the hotel is poorly marked. Only a few spot in front. We didn’t know if we were allowed to park where we did due to lack of signage
