Close to airport, but no gas stations on the way!!

I enjoyed my very brief stay. This was, in particular, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on in years. The water pressure was ... not great, though.

Everything was great. Beds were comfy. Location was great and easy access to the freeway.

We didn't even stay. Due to there being roaches at the hotel. The front desk "Mark" refused to refund our stay. There were numerous reviews about the hotel recently with in the past week about having roaches. Which unfortunately I didn't notice at the time of booking since it was a recent post. Mark said the issue had been resolved. Within the week. However I knew I wouldn't be comfortable and wouldn't be able to sleep worrying about the roaches. I tried to get a refund they refused. I even ask if I could book at a nother location and and was also refused. We ended up finding a another hotel and had a worrying free stay.

Great hotel. Close to many restaurants. My room was one bedroom. In the living area there was a nice desk and chair. Missing are USB plugs in all rooms.

The stay and room were excellent. I gave it an overall 4 because of the $300 deposit that won’t be returned for 5-6 business days and the $20 deposit for “incidentals” which included parking. Why not just charge for parking per day on the bill if you are going to charge anyway!

The only thing I would say is that the pots and pans were a bit beat up. Other than that good experience.

We made a quick to Albuquerque to help our grandson with moving to a new residence. We were only in the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good and had healthy options for me as a diabetic person.

Wish the pet area would have had some grass instead of just dirt but staff were all very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Only stay here if you bring your own bed. Honestly, I don’t know how this hotel has the kind of high ratings that this website shows. The bed was so squishy that we slept terribly. Awful for side-sleepers! And it felt like there was a pit in the middle of the bed - no center support for a king bed. My wife had to sleep on top of the couch (the pullout was also horrible). Other issues: the old, yellowed overhead light in the bathroom was out of an old horror movie; ripped carpet; microwave lightbulb burned out; rusty track for the closet sliding door; ripped couch cushion cover. The other issues are comparatively minor, but the bed was so unbelievably bad that not just this hotel but the whole Residence Inn chain is on my no-stay list now.

I can’t speak bad about this place as I didn’t get to stay. However the issue I do have is that even after opting for the insurance I was still charged the full amount for stay that never happened. I did continually inform them about the flat tire , had to go to Walmart to purchase another tire. Finally we were terribly fatigued and the beating of the hot AZ sun. We weren’t able to make it and well bye bye money

The king bed was soft and worn out. It sagged in the middle. The edge sunk in when you sat on it. Didn't get much rest.

The room is very comfortable, spacious, beautiful and sparkling clean. The kitchen is well appointed and clean. However, the bathroom could use some improvement. The shower head is not easy to adjust and is very high up on the wall, I had to climb up on the edge of the tub to make to adjustment. The water conservation feature makes the spray very inefficient. Otherwise, I had a very comfortable stay.

The front desk staff was very helpful. They were having a problem with some of the king size rooms due to construction so they upgraded us to a suite.

The hot tube was broken. There were hidden fees upon arrival. Which should be stated before the booking. Window was broke! Tv didn’t work. After driving hours and hours just to get to your room and things were needing to be fixed.

I had a quick airport stay for an early flight out of ABQ. Read somewhere there was a shuttle to the airport. There was not. Round trip lift was extra $$. Next time, I will stay closer to the airport.

It was located near plenty of food places. Quiet despite it being pretty full. Staff was friendly.
