Blood on the sheets

The room itself wasn’t terrible, the front desk staff were pleasant, what I did not like however was when we checked in even though I had already paid for our stay we were told we had to put a $100 deposit down which is for any damages or smoking in the room that’s not allowed. While I understand the reason for it I was not aware of it before check in so if I didn’t have it on me I wouldn’t have been able to stay so if you plan on booking here know that you will have a deposit. They state it will be refunded the day you check out but it has been 2 days and has not been refunded back to my account. As far as the rest of the stay, the walls are thin we could hear everything, the soap dispensers in the showers weren't refilled, the tv would freeze every other frame and was very fuzzy and none of the outlets worked so our phones were not able to be charged the whole night. The bed wasn’t bad and the pillows were comfy. It served its purpose for our stay, but I will not be booking here again.

No Elevator, Stairwell Nasty, Room Dirty, Dirty Bed Cover, No Toilet paper holder, Floor lamp didnt work, Desk lamp shade was ripped, wall socket hanging out of wall. Air Conditioner didnt work, Room was beyond HOT. One working Ice machine. Juice machine didnt work, store bought muffins and cereal. bagels no cream cheese.

Room was nice had a few places that needed work but it was great for a quick trip to Cincinnati for a football game, will stay again

Excellent hotel, only 10mins from Paycor Stadium and Great American Ball Park. Room was clean, bed was comfy. The hotel is a little run down but clean. it has the feels as if 20years ago it was one of the big hotel chains and was a 5* hotel thats now been taken oven by a budget chain that have set up shop in the shell of the former 5* hotel. Its now a 2/3* hotel but still has big hotel feels. I didnt use the pool but there were plenty families out using it and they all looked to be having fun, the pool area looked clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely go back next time Im in Cincy.

When I booked the room it said the hotel charged a $50 deposit, I get there and it's a $100 deposit. We go in the room which was supposed to be 2 queen size beds, nope 2 full size beds. I'm only giving it a 2 star on the staff because the guy that checked us in was ok. Hotel was run down, under construction but even at that it's run down. 1 bedside table in-between beds but so spaced out couldn't really reach it for either bed. Speaking of beds, this was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in in my life and I've slept on hideaway beds before. It was so bad I almost went.out to my car to sleep. The beds was so bad we paid for 2 nights and stayed for one. The guy working the front desk during the day was to busy on his cell phone in the dining area that he didn't even realize a guest , speaking of myself, was trying to ask him a question. Now let's talk breakfast, me and my 5 yr old son go down to get breakfast at 8am only hot food item was waffles,, and there was barely.enough syrup for one small waffle. The orange juice and MILK, was just sitting on the counter in like 2 quart size containers that you'd make Kool aid or tea in at home, not on ice or anything. Then on the muffins there was a handwritten sign on the dispatcher was in that read, " please limit muffins to 2 per person" spend the extra few bucks and find another hotel in the area. I typically don't do bad reviews, but this place needs to be checked on special pop up inspection from the board of health.

There’s patches on the walls, no shampoo, no hot water. Very limited breakfast

Two nights- hotel is aged, falling apart and only partially clean. Breakfast was inedible, glazing on bath tub coming off caused back up. Tiles breaking on hotel facade, rotting door in bathroom.

I think they are fixing the place up. Our light switch wouldn't turn the light off in the bathroom and the outlet didn't work in that area either. Air conditioner wasn't sealed up so you could light all around it. It was clean. No elevator. Not much for breakfast but it served our purpose. I'm not saying i wouldn't stay again. I just hope they get everything fixed in the near future.

This hotel was disgusting. Our shower had not been cleaned, there was blood on the curtains, it smelled dirty. Do NOT stay here, I want my money back

The stairway smelled pretty bad and there seemed to be a lot of unfinished structural projects. For the state of the place, the price was a little higher than it probably should have been.

In the middle of renovations But very clean and good customer service. The suites are really good size.

It was safe, quiet and a convenient location for us. We enjoyed our stay.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I expected more since it was Days Inn by Wyndham. I should have known it was not going to be right when we pulled into the parking lot and it looked abandoned. The front desk has old pieced together furniture from a rummage sale, the doors do not let you enter with the key, they stressed the "non-smoking" policy but the room smelled like a chain smoker lived there. Not only that, but the comforter on the bed had cigarette burns/holes in it. The carpet had not been vacuumed, there were gnats flying around in the bathroom, the refrigerator was old, the microwave was old sitting on top of the refrigerator, there was water stains on the lamp shades, there were stains on the curtains, the sofa was dirty. I was told I was being moved to a quieter room away from the traffic noise, but I could still here the traffic noise. The door to the room had a 2" gap that you could almost see into the room, so not safe or private. There was no free breakfast available that they had posted on the wall. Everything had a sign that said "Out of Order". Nothing worked. This is not worth the money that we spent. Very disappointed in this stay. There was no elevator. No assistance. The water barely got hot. I wish I could get my money back. This is a "0" star hotel for me. I have pictures I wish I could post. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

This was the most terrible experience I have ever had at a hotel. First the conditions of the hotel were nasty the room was not a smoking room but there was multiple burn holes in the comforter and on the floor then when we told the staff all he said was ok I’ll write it down. The tiles in the bathroom was peeled up and non existent, one of the corners of the room smelled like pee, the socket in the room cover was broken off. The fridge was dirty with mold in corners as well as the bathroom corners of the shower.the carpet floor was peeled up and dirty. The had room blocked off by garage bags hanging up,the air conditioner had a big gap like animals or ants or something could her in and also the room door.the breakfast had no meat the waffles tasted weird.and safety wise the back door stayed open all night it has no lock on it therefore I’m sure anyone could come in. The ice machine was broke on the second floor so we had to go all the way down the stairs to her ice.then we could not get in on the side door after 11:00 with our key we had to walk all the way to the Door to get in. It was the worst experience I have ever had and just this past 3 months I have been in 4 vacations and this is by far the worst.

Decent room. Close to attractions in Cincinnati. Breakfast was only cereal, waffles and muffins. The room did have a musty smell. Had to run the air conditioning.

For ease of staying and going to a game or concert in Cincinnati 10 out of 10. The rooms are dated and need some new bathtubs and doors. The staff were friendly and it appears they are still figuring out the free breakfast.

This was an okay 2 star hotel. The bed was comfortable. The A/C was high/ freezing or nothing. The shower curtain was loose so the water poured onto the floor. The breakfast was all carbs. No protein, but there was food…..

The owners are remodeling. The lobby has white marble tile and they maintain it beautifully. The breakfast area is prepped for the installation of wallpaper. The seating area in the breakfast area is great. There are a number of places that need touch-up paint, but the hotel has a lot of potential. The employees were courteous. I needed help getting the WiFi connected for my laptop and the man at the desk handled it. For the price and location, it was just what I needed.

It was well priced. It doesn’t have an elevator which makes it harder for people with small children who need to use strollers and having to pack luggage up steps was not very convenient when dealing with your child and their items. Property looked nothing like the pictures that were shown when booking

Look like they are remodeling a lot of the hotel. Had to switch rooms because tv in first one didn't work. Got to second room and phone didn't work and a few other things were missing.
