Our stay was ok but, a lot of little problems pop up. Light above lavatory never worked, Bath door made a terrible noise when you moved the door, it would wake me up in the middle of the night, stopper in tub would not seal, some receptacles would not work, the card key was terrible, some times it took 12 or 15 tries to get in the room, other people said the same story. The wall light over the nightstand was very bright, no adjustment, on and on.

The king room was clean, large, comfortable, and quiet. Our special requests were met. The hotel was crowded, but there was plenty of food available at breakfast. The hotel was in a safe area. The pet fee was reasonable. Customer service was great and courteous. Everything went well.

My allergies were so bad from the animal hair everywhere in room. I booked this hotel for the jacuzzi and indoor pool and online it said it was working got there and it wasn’t.

When I first walked in the staff greeted me and when I checked in she went over ask the amenities the beds were the most comfortable I ever slept in even the pillows were comfortable well be staying here again for my trips to Waco

The hotel was nice, modern and clean. The front desk staff was friendly, sympathetic and helpful. I stayed with my pets because my A/C went out in the middle of August they were so nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had a mmeting in temple and wanted to attend a dance in waco this place was perfect flean super friendly staff and the breakfast was w9nderful, clean eating area and we went down for coffee innlate afternoon and the breakfast area was super clean. Andbthe lady was just a nice touch to the brwakfast area

It was quiet - the room was spacious. I did the pre-arrival check in prior to arrival and when i got to check in at the hotel, i still had to fill out the same paperwork on the pre arrival. we also showed up a little before check in time. we were hopeful they would allow us to check in a little early, but that was not an option.

Good property… Enjoyed the pool and hot tub with the grandkids… Breakfast buffet was satisfying… The only problem was Double charged for the room… I had prepaid via Expedia… they wanted a credit card for incidentals which I provided… Before check out in the morning… They had charged me again for the room… When I pointed that out to the front office staff, they were very gracious and immediately credited the credit card account to rectify their error

The staff did an excellent job of assisting with small, but highly appreciated things like guarding my laptop while I ran to the restroom, finding us a cardboard box to place our newly acquired treasures in for our return trip, and helping us get the luggage cart back inside so that we could get on the road. The attendants for the breakfast bar went to the nth degree to assure that everything was meticulously clean and sanitary. We felt well cared for and valued.

I was in Waco for a family gathering. I was successful getting an early checkin but after I took my belongings to the room I found that the air conditioner was not working. I went to the front desk and I told them I would be gone until early evening but hoped they could get the air working while I was gone. Upon return that night, the air had not been fixed but found out they do not have maintenance support on Sundays. They did have another room available for me that did have working a/c. The property is a little older and a little worn but it was clean and acceptable.

The hotel was a perfect place to stop with our family on the way to our vacation destination. Indoor pool was nice, room was plenty big and clean, and breakfast was good! Would definitely stay here again!

housekeeping was terrible. We were there for 3 days. Were not able to get housekeeping because they were only allowed to clean 15 rooms each. That actually would have been the assingment staff.

Room was clean but missing a couch. It two TVs and when using the remote on one the other kept turning on and off (weird). Very quiet (we stayed on first floor) and breakfast was good (no powdered eggs). Overall a good experience.

Upon arrival AV was off. Only hand towels in room. No coffee. They remedied quickly though but could do with out it.
