Recently built hotel with a good spa and pools on the sea. A bit far out of the centre to walk but good as a base for touring around with a car. The area around the hotel has a few restaurants in walking distance. There are some good touches (butler’s pantry) and the staff are professional. One negative point was the incessant 1980’s europop music blaring loudly in the common spaces, which gave off a supermarket vibe. Turn down the music and perhaps choose something less intrusive.

Nice water view from the room. Lovely long outdoor pool and close to a beach. Food at the buffet breakfast was good, the dinner was okay but be warned bring your own water or use the tap water as beverages such as water and coffee are included with breakfast but not dinner so bring the water bottle from your room. Overall a nice stay but only a couple of nice staff and the rest were snooty. Not a lot of smiling or happiness around so felt always like I was walking on pins and needles trying not to upset people.

Loved the views. People were friendly, the included breakfast buffet was amazing. The food at the bar restaurant was good. Indoor pool was a nice plus, jacazzui could have been hotter, A/c in room didn’t go below 21c so wish that could get colder. Overall I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lovely place

This hotel is a gem. It’s brand new and spotless. The staff speak English well and are very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the setting is stunning, It is on a quiet coast with gorgeous views outside of Pula. Perfect for lounging and swimming. Lots of options nearby for activities but the Adriatic steals the show. Cannot recommend more highly. The spa is also amazing.

Very new and comfortable property. Plenty of places to relax at property - both indoors and outside. Lovely appointed rooms with views of the ocean. Great food and breakfast was grande! Very relaxing and removed from bustle of city life. Dining options are limited if you were hoping to try different places but if you are fine staying out, the food and hospitality are amazing.

Wonderful hotel. Tremendous staff. Highly recommend. Great experience for my Wife , and I. Selma in customer relations was absolutely the BEST ! We had a terrific vacation.

Amazing hotel!!! Will definitely return - absolutely beautiful design - property is quiet and peaceful with a park setting. Breakfast buffet is outstanding - very elaborate and staff is very accommodating.

Really one of the best hotels we have been in all our travels in more than 30 years! The incredible decoration, the comfort of the bed, the beach, the options to eat! The INCREDIBLE Sophia restaurant, the excellent Chef as well as the service! It's a 50 year old hotel that was remodeled during the pandemic! The beauty of Pula is that it is close to Italy and close to the north center of the country. then the options for tourism are endless! Thank you thank you thank you

Hotel Brioni has been around the block a bit. I imagine it a little bit as a sanitorium for Communist Party members in days of Tito.If you embrace that and accept that its a little rough around the edges you can have a great time. Stand outs for me are the staff and the buffets. Both the breakfast and dinner had a great selection, we were on B&B but ate the Dinner there 5 out of 7 nights. If you can get a deal adding dinner Id take it (112Ku on the day).It did have a number of negatives. Our room had a toilet pedestal was so close to a unit that I couldnt fit my 63 frame to sit normally and had to sit sideways. Get rid of the bidet and turn the toilet around.It got the impression there were two swimming pools but the outside one was just a paddling pool. Both were salt water and freezing cold.The beach was rocky but quite few places to sit or lie to soak up the sun. Access to the water was a bit tricky for the less able OK once you found a way that suited from the rocks or via ladders.All in all we had a great time. I wouldnt go back but then again only two places have ever tempted me to return in the last 20 years.

The location is great. Beach is great. Hotel rooms are little dated. OK nothing fancy, but you cant beat the location. No AC, no screens on the windows

The location is amazing! The best spot, very protected from the wind, the sea is always accessible. The hotel does not have air conditioning but we never needed it and we went n August because there was always a cool breeze. The parking lot is not immediately below the hotel but its close enough. The food is fine, and abundant. Strongly recommended if you are into having a vacation rather than a luxury stay at some spa. We had a great time

One day stay to check the areas Roman ruins. This was rated as one of the best hotels. It was ok. The price was decent, but the place needs renovations. Very dated. Looks like nothing has been done since the 70s. Old wood paneling and orange and brown furniture. The breakfast buffet was very good eating, but the atmosphere was still lacking. Every ceiling light had a different type of light bulb and not on purpose.

Beach access was good. Property is dated and uncomfortable. No AC and WiFi only in lobby not good. Property was dirty and dated.

The view from our room across the sea was exceptional and the food served in the restaurant was good too - unlimited beer/wine with dinner ! However, this is a dated hotel and comfort standards are not great. Lack of air con was a real problem with temperatures around 30C.

I have never written a review before but I just had to regarding this hotel. We stayed here for 1 night (there is no way I could have done any more) in mid-August. The hotel staff (with the exception of the lady behind the bar) were without a doubt the rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever met. We stayed with an 8 month old baby and there is no air conditioning in the rooms.The room temperature was 31 degrees so we asked if reception had any fans to rent or that we could buy. They responded with a simple no and it made us feel like we were disturbing their day by asking them. They did not want to help us at all when we asked if they knew somewhere we could get a fan from - the response was “go to a shop” which they directed us as “it’s that way”. I have stayed in a variety of hotels around the world and I have never come across worse customer service than I received at this hotel. Thankfully we were only there for 1 night and spent the rest of our holiday in a different resort about 15 miles away but if this would have been my only experience of Croatia I would certainly never return which would be a shame as it was such a lovely place.

Ok hotel needs updating , no aircon asked for a fan , receptionist not helpful really ,Food ok , not great choice even if you went in at 7 not always hot.On leaving asked about changing facilities , as we were not leaving till 5.30 pm, told to shower on the beach ! And change in luggage room !!!

The hotel is a little dated, but is very clean. Amazing location, right next to the sea. A little more information on the local amenities, restaurants etc would be good. Overall a good place to stay.
