Nice for the price and had lots of room. Just needs a little updating.

Overall, it was not bad. The streets were a bit noisy much of the night, but eventually quieted down. Since it was pretty hot, the fan and open windows were nice. Also, it was great to have onsite parking. Right across from Fuggerai.

Nice little hotel - imagine a university dorm, and you’ll get a feel for it. It’s not a traditional type of hotel, the rooms are in a separate building. Perfectly comfy though - good shower, good heater, bed ok. I had to ask for extra blanket and I wish I had had an extra pillow. I also wish there had been water or a kettle or something in the room. There was shampoo and shower gel combined, but that’s it. Hair dryer too, but no tissues. Didn’t try breakfast. Communications were ok - they tried to be helpful with bus and tram info from Train station but they only gave me a part of the puzzle. In the end it’s not far, it’s 20 min in foot. If you want to take a bus it’s the 23 from the street to the left of the station (where Radastation is). Don’t go into Banhofstrassa, as the bus and trams there won’t take you to the hotel, which is on Fuggerei stop. You can get to Radaplatz and take the tram line 1, but for 3 euros you may prefer to walk. I was told taxi would have been 6 euros. The hotel is 3 min walk to Rathausplatz and there are lots of places to eat nearby. Anyway, for £55 a night it was fine. Don’t let your first impressions cloud your judgement.

The hotel is comprised of 3 separate buildings. Our room seemed a little expensive for basic facilities. No lift to upper floors in the building we were in. Breakfast was available at additional cost but we did not sample it so cannot comment further. On a positive note, the room was clean and serviced daily. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom lacked a shower curtain though.

Room was basic but clean. Pity the bed struts broke twice and that the window on to the street could only be fully opened, not 'cracked' to let air circulate. No a.c. but a fan was provided. Shower is over the bath but with no curtain or screen the water flooded the floor and needed a couple of towels to mop up after use. Very close to Fuggerei and bus/tram stops and within good walking distance of the old town and other historical sights. Some shops nearby.
