Great location and breakfast. Walking distance to centre of town and good restaurants nearby. Station is less than 5 minutes on foot. The rooms have a thick carpet and that was not good for us with allergies—probably only complaint. Front desk staff very friendly.

The hotel is situated within a few hundred metres of the railway station. Level walk. Very safe. Hotel its self is a refurbished older building in beautiful condition.

One of the best hotels on our 3week stay. Literally across the street from main train station. Very safe and clean area. Lots of food choices in the area and walking distance to all the historical areas. Room was beautiful! They had a useable antique elevator that was so quaint! We used it all the time just for the fun of it! Had a lovely sauna area but didn’t have time to use it. Breakfast was good but area was too small for lots of people to move around loading plates with food. Our room was beautiful and bathroom had a towel warming rack!

The hotel was easy to find - conveniently close to the rail station & to the old centre of Strasbourg

Good breakfast but need vegetables/salad option. Infused water was not working on our last day and only 1 coffee dispenser was working. Overall it was a good stay and was adjacent to the train station and to nearby attractions.

We will stay there again, if we travel to Strasbourg

We booked this hotel to visit the Strasbourg Christmas market and definitely were not disappointed! The hotel overlooks the main courtyard in front of the train station. It has a lot of large windows with almost a royal feel! The staff is what made this hotel stay incredible! They were very friendly and kind. The hotel itself felt grand and the rooms were large. The bathroom was even larger. The location is prime considering its locale to the main HBF train (2 minute walk). It's about a 15-minute walk to the heart of Old Town but not bad. We found a Laverie (laundromat) about an 8-minute walk away. It was clean and easy to use (1.50 euro for 6 minutes of drying -- be sure to use high heat / 10 euro for washing machine). The area around the hotel is clean and safe. It's quiet. The terrace is nice and the attached cafe is really incredible! It's a very beautiful hotel and cafe. You certainly won't be disappointed!!

Courteous staff but especially the front desk . Property is great overall except their breakfast. Coffee needs improvement and there’s not much selection of eggs (only scrambled eggs are available every day. We stayed five days so we needed more variety including fruit. Thanks.

Excellent location convenient for train commuters. Huge bathroom which is appreciated but clearly not an optimised use of space. Check-in starts at 4pm which is a far stretch considering check-out is expected by 11am. There was ongoing construction work throughout the day every day and despite informing the staff that the room is not soundproof, they did absolutely nothing to make up for this. Service clearly fell short of 4 stars.

5 night at this hotel and here’s my review PROS: -fantastic location, literally across from train station . We did daily day trips and used train station a lot . -average size room (prob large per European standards) -comfortable beds and great linens, good choice of pillows -large bathroom with amazing towel warmer, shower with strong water pressure -overall good breakfast (was included in the price of our stay ) -kind customer service -clean facilities CONS: -rooms have very limited storage space for your clothes -BATHROOM: Huge hazard for those with either limited mobility or simply being short . Entrance into the bath tub is challenging (huge step up with no handles and with extremely slippery surface of the bath tub ) -for a 4 ⭐️I’m shocked to see that only 1 small bottle of shampoo is offered . No conditioner/no body lotion /no mending kit etc -HOUSEKEEPING: clearly they don’t care if you put “do not disturb “ sign I didn’t want my room made one day and yet it was ignored. Interestingly enough only one towel was changed , trash left behind and my face cleanser disappeared. On other days , hand towels were left behind and only large once were exchanged -BUFFET breakfast The same stale walnuts (for yogurt)were there and with each upcoming days fresh fruit started to disappear, nothing was re stocked . -We asked to fix the window one day and it was never done . -common areas bathrooms was constantly missing either toilet paper or soap.

Bed is big and comfortable, The windows are so good that isolated the noises from street.Breakfast larch options, the minor issue were in Sunday and Monday some of the food items end too early and no replacement. We like the hotel location, it is easy to have a base at Strasbourg and travel to close cities by train for day trip.

the mattress was like a rock, and the cheap hard foam pillow was useless. I did not sleep. pretty hotel- bad bed and no sleep

Poor quality of service/price. Same breakfast options each morning. No fresh towels daily, without specifically asking, contrary to what was explained at the reception. No notice of what time room would be ready, despite the promise at the reception for a text or call.

This clean, quiet and friendly hotel is just a 2 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast is robust with lots of choices. I will stay here again.
