Television did not work. Air conditioner did not work. Refrigerator was off. Took forever to get cold. Had to change rooms. Do not recommend this hotel. Hot tub had water, jets sis not work.

No hot tub working, asked front desk and they said they fixed it yesterday. Still did not work. No tread mill for exercise. Only one ice machine in the whole building every one on the floors were out of order. Orange juice was watered down, was terrible, grape juice was actually cranberry juice but marked grape juice. Very disappointed

This place was a dump and under construction. None of the ice machines worked. The restroom was out of use in the lobby. The elevator was scratchy. It was very out dated.

Under construction should have been cheaper. Dog station had no bags and looked like the trash had not been taken out in forever.

Property is in the process of a renovation and there was nothing about it online. We had reserved a king and got a queen as no kings available. They didn’t tell me at chin so I didn’t find out until I got to the room

The pool and hot tub was to cold..My daughters couldn't even swim or I couldn't get into the hot tub and the ice machine wasn't working.

I cannot emphasize enough how terrible our stay was at this hotel. There was only one person on-site during our stay, and I felt so bad for this kid. You could tell he was doing his best, but the hotel was in such a terrible state of disrepair that there was little he could do to help all the angry guests. During our stay, it was close to 100 degrees in the area, but the majority of the rooms had no air and no fans and no ability to open windows. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and everything in the rooms is in such disrepair that you felt cheated knowing how much you paid for such a terrible place to lay your head. Cracked tiles in the bathroom that sagged beneath your step, every piece of furniture was stained, tattered, and chipped, outlets held together by a hope and a prayer, carpets that were rippled and folded. Honestly - this room should have been a fraction of the price that it was. We had to switch rooms 3 times before they were able to find a room for my elderly parents where the A/C was working. There weren't any rooms left, so my family with young children had to sweat it out. We asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere, but were denied. Sleeping in that heat was unsafe and we still were forced to stay or else forfeit the hundreds of dollars we paid to stay there. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere - this was terrible. Worst part of our entire trip.

Crap Hotel. They only had one vending machine in the entire hotel, and it was broken. The front desk told me it's been like that for a while, so all we have is a soda vending machine. I could keep going, because Hilton Hotels have gone down the drain. I stayed at a double tree the weekend before, and it was worst than this crap hole. Marriot, here we come. I've had enough of hoping Hilton was going to turn this around, but it's only getting worst
