It’s aging. Some furnitures have noticeable wear and tear. Dusty! Lots of black molds around the edges in the bathroom.

It was good but if you but the breakfast you will get the same food every day and it’s all frozen so you have to microwave it yourself

I liked the accessibility to a washer/dryer in the room. It was spacious and it is equipped with a sofa set.

Staff was super friendly and kind. It is pretty close to the public transport. Family mart right next to it really useful. Nothing much to do around the area tho so taking the transportation is ideal. keep in mind. Overall, really nice and clean

A little older built compared to other more fancier hotels I stay in Shibuya or Ginza but gets the job done, has a microwave washer dryer which no one provides inside rooms. Also had a nice balcony. Makes it stand out, i would stay here again.

Tokyu Stay Yotsuya is centrally located without the insane crunch of Shibuya or Shinjuku and a reasonably quick walk to the metro line. I would stay here again.

My stay at this property was great! Excellent location & a quick walk to the subway station. The rooms are small but it was as expected. The staffs were super friendly and you can store your luggage for the day.

Great place to stay. This was my first time in Tokyo and the space is good, the bed was confortable, the washer and dryer a plus!! The Yotsuya station just 5 min walk. Highly recommended

Very poor house keeping support

The room is spacious even for the washroom. Excellent if you stay for more days with a washing & drying machine and kitchen. We stayed for 4 nights. But the room cleaning and bed making service is only available on paid request, even though if you stay for more than 3 nights. I think it would be an even competing hotel for a better cleaning service rather than just offering the option of making request of change of towels and garbage collection.

The property was really good. I liked that it had facilities in the room which allowed you to cook and to clean and dry clothes. The room was sufficient size to comfortably accommodate two adults and there was a table and chair which was useful. And all for a reasonable price. Yes, I would definitely book this hotel again if I was staying in Tokyo.

Compact room with all business travel needs: wash machine, pants presser (wall mount), fabric refresher etc. These are not the usual essential amenities you would find in 5 star hotels. Great price as well.

Friendly staff, clean, and nice looking hotel

The hotel room was huuuuge compared to other hotels- we even had a little balcony! The washing machine in the unit helped SO much. It was a bit difficult to get from the station to the hotel with large bags because there isn’t an exit with an escalator/elevator that we could find but it’s completely doable. The staff let us wait in a private lounge with water and vending machines until it was time for check in which was amazing!

I really loved that the hotel room was quite big and comfortable! It is also very safe as the hotel requires you to tap your hotel card at a gate to enter the area to take the lift up to the hotel room. There is also a washing machine (with dryer function) in the room with washing detergent provided which was very easy to use as a sheet of instructions in various languages was provided! Important to note that the toilet in the hotel room does not have a lock. However, I wished that the hotel provided full room cleaning services because they only provide limited cleaning (changing of towels and emptying of rubbish bins in the room) while a full room cleaning service is chargeable. Also, other than a family mart right next to the hotel, there were barely any restaurants or food stalls open past 11pm to grab some food to eat so would suggest to grab dinner outside at other areas first before going back to the hotel! However, overall was still very happy with the hotel stay!

Nothing unique. Very basic. Utilitarian aesthetic. AC not on until the room occupant starts it on arrival. No or low AC in common areas.

Perfect location. I love their washing drying machine in the room so I can wash clothes everyday.

Old, antiquated, staff was not friendly. I got a kitchenette with no utensils, except for a baby fork, and a spoon, one pot. The comforter had a stain on it. It smelled a smoke. I wish I could get a partial refund because this place was not the best.

It’s not bad to stay in this hotel for a few days. It’s clean, good services and quite a quiet area but away to Shinjuku main district not too far, it is walkable there within 30mins. I love the laundry/dryer inside the room, very convenient.
