We arrived at 9:50 on a Saturday nite. The office was closed (despite a sign stating they are open until 10pm on Saturdays). We rang their bell several times, but no answer. I then checked my email and found an email with a phone #. We were told they close at 9 (contradictory). We were told about a lock box combo and after a number of tries we got a room key. We had 2 dogs with us which we didn’t tell them about cuz there was nobody to talk to. We received a call after we checked out the next day that we had to pay an extra $76 for the dogs, and we needed to go back and pay them. This fee was more than I’ve ever paid for dogs (it’s usually $10/dog.) This was not made clear. The room was nice, but they were very difficult to deal with, and not even nice about any of it. She had an attitude of “no sympathy” and impatience. None of their policies or procedures were made clear. Very bad experience.

I stayed on a Thursday night by myself. Felt very safe, rooms were very nice and clean! Check in was easy. I havent stayed in a motel, especially in a small town ever, and was very surprised how nice it was!

Stayed here after a concert at the Ironstone winery. It was what I expected for the price that I paid. Great price point for a quick overnight stay. The bed was really not the most comfortable bed and the shower was old and dirty, but I didn’t pay for the Ritz so I did not expect the Ritz. Easy to check in and check out. The bedsheets were very obviously cleaned as they smelt like bleach and I appreciated that. Great location for an overnight after a concert.

I wish they had bed spreds on the beds and given us more towels. But all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and neat. Check in was awesome as we had booked 1 room for the first night and 2 rooms for the second. The front desk made sure we get to stay in one room without having to move and the rest of our party will have a downstairs room for the one night. Appreciate the extra effort.

Well worth the price for a quick concert stay. Fridge, microwave, ice machine that worked well! In room coffee! Super nice gentleman who checked me in and out. Great value! Clean and comfy!! Will stay there again!!

No frills older hotel, with Large room and Comfortable beds, refrigerator and microwave. Warm water at best for showers. No snacks or drinks amenities, but the hotel is next door to a gas station. Front desk personnel very friendly.
