Very comfortable stay for sure ! Rooms need to be upgraded a bit ! Old style rooms but definately comfortable ! Amazing breakfast and very friendly and extremely helpful staff !!!

From the manager Mitch (who awesome to chat with) to the restaurants Atlas steak and fish best meal ever and the breakfast Villa has the best breakfast ever. Allthe staff was friendly and very helpful it's a must stay if your in Vancouver.

Great hotel to stay at if you appreciate the convenience of having a Starbucks, casino and several restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel even sent up a nice bottle of wine for celebrating a special occasion. The hotel was clean and quiet. It felt safe and welcoming. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and friendly. We even had the opportunity to enjoy Atlas Steak Fish and really enjoyed that as well. Would gladly stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Burnaby Conference Centre again.

Rooms were barren, had no amenities. The Starbucks in the lobby was an advantage.

My wife and I had a great stay. The staff were friendly and our room was clean. It provided all the amenities we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Shower water pressure is low, AC makes a loud bang every 5-10 minutes

Extremely outdated property and not worth the price. The AC malfunctions and is very clunky and loud. The view of the roof of the building was also one of the worst views you can have in general. Beds were sunken in and also very outdated resulting in an uncomfortable stay all around. There was also a lot of dust that made me cough and sneeze from all the dust being blasted through the AC. Service was also exceedingly bad depending on who you encounter.

Overall it's a great place. But super noisy in the main hall. Not a lot around the area or within walking distance and personas has the worst food. But the hotel is great and clean and nice.

We were checked in really fast because it was just us. When we got to the hall of our room, it smelled rancid. Going inside, it smelled like cigarette smoke. I requested from front desk if we could move to another room. But the lady there just told me in the most cavalier way to just open our windows to air our room out, like it was a silly unimportant complaint at all. I had to request it from her that if she can’t move us to at least please have housekeeping to spray deodorizer. checked the Marriott Bonvoy website and they had available rooms of the same prize for that night.
I am very sensitive to smell. If the rooms smells I feel I’m sleeping in a dirty environment and that’s how I felt that night.
Very disappointed with and unexpected for a Marriott brand of hotel.

Always a pleasure to stay here. There is only one very minor comment-there is no bench at the smoking area, as a senior it is hard to stand for to long.
But this is the best hotel you would ever want to stay at

I have been staying at this property for many years now, for every work and leisure trip. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the plugs were not working. The rooms definitely needs upgrades. Thanks

Enjoyed the location and Starbucks in the lobby. Was travelling with our child so there wasn’t much of a pool to enjoy but we had it all to ourselves so that was a huge plus. Didn’t have space to eat the breakfast we ordered but we managed. Breakfast ordered to the room was better than the restaurant.

We've stayed here before as it is close to relatives in the area. That said, the amenities are top notch and I really like the hotel having an Atlas Steak and Fish on site. Staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. We were here at the same time as a major dance competition and even though the lobby and other public areas were buzzing, none of that transferred to our room. I would totally recommend.

Language/communication was difficult had to repeat myself a few times and had to repeat my requests more than once. Lovely staff. Rooms clean.
