Location was good including check-in service.

Suggest to improve mattress and bedding to be more adequate and in line with the price.

The location is great as advertised.

The apartment is a split apartment, not a real individual apartment where you can hear the ppl in the other half next door. The living room is spacious, however the bedroom was tiny. The bed takes up 99% of the room. The crib we asked for was not available in the end despite a specific request. The kitchen was dirty. The parking lot in the rear is usually full and even has cars double parked requiring calling the blocking car owner to move their car.

Prompt responses to text messages from owner pre arrival & telephone communication very helpful throughout. Free car parking space at rear of property but this could not be reserved & is more pot luck on arrival. Modern, clean apartment with all you need plus a decent sized & powerful shower! Left a phone in apartment by mistake on departure & the owner quickly informed me by text and I was able to arrange a time to collect it.

Street noise from traffic / tram directly outside apartment but torable if only staying a couple of nights.. Owner had a completely non English speaking friend meet & greet us however they were still as helpful as they could be. No coffee / tea supplies made available for the weary traveller. The bedroom in apartment 2 is a bit cramp & has only a queen size in it but the sofas in living room can be pulled out into a bed sofa for extra space.

Bathroom was clean and shower ok

Noisy street, even at night trams passing by, and personnel has been smoking next door which gave bad smell. Bed broke down which happened before our visit too. Should be repaired.

The location is relatively close to the city center (15 minutes walk and close tram line). The property was clean, equipped and easily accessible from the main bus station on foot (15 minutes walk).

The bed was almost broken, and the sleeping was very uncomfortable. You can hear the trams going by.

OK apartment, good with parking just in the backyard of it. Not too close to center, but a 20 min walk and depends what you are after in Zagreb. Good stay for the money, a small supermarket just around the corner and a really nice steak restaurant nearby, Good communication with host.

Close to the street, could here sound in to the apartment. Some minor handles, power connectors etc that were loose and could have been fixed. No dish washer, and could have had some more kitchen facilities. Host only accepted cash which was not clear to me, so I had to go and withdraw money to pay for the stay. 3rd bed (bed couch) not very comfortable. Wifi a bit trick to connect to, could be easier.

The location is just brilliant for people who needs to visit a different institutions in Croatia. Covid Test point before leaving Croatia was just 1 minute walking from apartment in Salzer clinic.

We were moved to apt at Račkog 9 instead of apt on Šubičeva. Owner expained it by some error on side of booking.com. Offered apt was cosy, but small. It was well equiped, comfortable bed, clean. Situated in old house close to center and tram stop.

It was disappointing as we booked superior apt and we got something else in other address for the same price.

Close to the city center, clean nice room, well equiped kitchen, good communication with owner. I can realy recommend this place. We stay just one night. Can be fine to stay longer.

Missing table (there is just narrow bar which is not enough for eating together), parking is not so safe. It is inside the complex, but accessible by public. One of our cars was damaged during the night.
