We stayed for 3 nights after Christmas. It was very quiet and clean. The girl who checked us in was very kind to offer to help us carry our luggage up the steps to our room. It rained most of our stay but the room was comfortable and clean so we enjoyed the rest.

Use to come here a lot, It’s a very stuffy environment now, an uptight vibe, Loosing up a little bit

No phones in room. Front desk staff isn’t always there. In case of an emergency you have to call a number posted on the entry door. No one cleaned our room on the second night.

Great stay at PH, wish it was longer! Beautiful hotel, modern, clean, comfortable, every room has a gorgeous ocean view. Heated pool was perfect on a cool sunny day! Will be back for sure!

The property is right on the water. They have a beautiful rooftop restaurant with the most amazing views. Staff was friendly and professional.

Beautiful location - lovely grounds. But basically a 1960's motel updated with HomeGoods furnishings. Liked that it did not have carpeting - flooring is much cleaner. Bathroom EXTREMELY tiny, but clean. No breakfast, no pool service, only 3 chairs at the bar. Very expensive for what you get.

Everyone was very nice. The room was super clean. I can’t wait it come back. I did not like that they diddnt tell us a wedding would take over the entire property and that we couldn’t use the beach once we moved to Pelham on main. Very disappointed.

The resort was amazing so beautiful I came around 245 was told my room will be ready by three we had a event to go to at four that we needed to get ready for we did not get to go to the room until 345 the girl in the lobby with blonde hair was very rude.

Right on the water! King size room with a FAB view of the icean. Heated pool was perfect for the cool spring weather. Very clean and comfy.

The experience was wonderful EXCEPT for the music at the pool area. It was extremely annoying and ruined the natural ambiance. Would not return because of that, I’m sorry to say. It was my husband’s and my wedding anniversary and we were disappointed.

Rooms are really close to the pool and if you have someone (small child) who is trying to nap while someone is in the pool, that's difficult. Also, while the hard wood/vinyl floors are a nice touch in each room, they do not provide any insulation from rooms upstairs. We could hear every step the people in the room upstairs made.

Restaurant was excellent with amazing views of the coast!!

Overall had a wonderful weekend escape mid February. Staff were incredibly nice. Things that would have "been nice" to have: the bar in lobby open, (and if bar not open have real glasses in room for wine/drinks), better morning coffee in lobby, grab-and-go fruit bowl in lobby, and if Pelham restaurant bar could be open later than 10pm (if hotel bar was open/and open later, then it wouldn't have mattered -- just looking for a cozy place instead of being in room). Staff gave great local recommendations where to go. We had a lovely time. Can't beat waking to that view.

It was absolutely beautiful in the winter. I cannot imagine how beautiful it is in the summer. It had such a clean beach feel. The restaurant was excellent. They had entertainment and indoor corn hole which added to the fun winter vibe.

It is beautiful!! Needs a table and chairs in the room. I would like to also see the outside lights dimmed at night or drapes that go all the way across to block the light. Besides that it is perfect!

Nice location on the beach, friendly staff. Insulation in room wasn't great -- we could easily hear our upstairs neighbors' footsteps. Then ... there was the "resort fee" added on to our bill. I asked them what it was for. Answer: amenities such as parking, the fire pits, Wifi. The fire pits? I didn't use or care about them ... Was I being charged for the front door of the hotel, too? The carpet on the lobby floor? Not good.
