The listing said breakfast was included but it wasnt

Breakfast was not included, or available,and the pool was closed. Room was basic. Security lock on room was broken and missing.

Walked in the room, immediately hit with a seriously strong smell, like old, powdery, floral. The mini frige was off and unplugged. The headboards on the two full beds are not attached to anything, just leaning. The beds are way too soft for me. There were no clear directions or guidelines about the pool and hot tub.

Cons:
* Our room just smelled bad. I turned the AC on basically all day in 50° weather to just help with the smell
* Room was dirty - sheet with a spot of blood, nasty stains on the nightstand, carpet in all the rooms and just felt dirty
* Shower never got hot
* Breakfast was very basic: hard boiled eggs, 2 varieties of cereal, a gallon of milk and OJ and some breads / bagels
Maybe my expectations were too high, but I paid $179 per night and stayed two nights.

* Small playset with swings for kids

When we arrived the person behind the desk was rude and nasry in my opinion. She lost her phone, not my problem. She was coming across as frantic, soeaking loudly. I came on vacation, to relax not be uptight, because of our accommodations. I would never, stay here again!!

I was not impressed with the room, it smelled like someone sprayed perfume all over to mask a smell. The room was clean and the staff was great

The room (114) was nice, however, not all of the jets were functioning in the jacuzzi, and the floor in front of the sinks has a week spot. But, on the plus side, the indoor pool and hot tub were excellent, along with the king size bed

The room was run down and several things in the room were broken. It was not worth the money spent

We arrived at 8:45 p.m. and were told the pool closes at 9 p.m. We were also told that the pool would open at 10 a.m. the following day. That timeframe did not give us any time to use the pool either early in the morning or at night. There was only 2 small bars of soap for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and 2 shampoo bottles. I did manage to get more shampoo from the office. The beds were comfortable.

Fine place to stay, second time here. Clean and safe but AC was making weird noises, coffee in room didn’t work, coffee and breakfast were weak, and pool closes early. Overall not worth $150 for one night. A few small improvements could have made a big difference.

Wi-Fi was 2G, nothing would work, went out for breakfast because nobody around until after 8am for the free breakfast I never saw. No maid service because of Covid the sign said, come get your own towels etc. and I checked the day we checked in and it was $80 cheaper than what I paid in advance

The manager was friendly, but I'm pretty sure we were the only guests. She kindly opened the pool building for us- which we appreciated; it was however (maybe from lack of use?) ice cold and had paint chips at the bottom. Folks were nice but it felt just slightly off and uncomfortable overall. Definitely a case of its cheap for a reason.

My husband and I went down for the hikes do we didn't spend much time in the room. As was our plan.. the hotel is clean enough, shower doesn't get hot or drain properly though. Overall it was what we expected

The pool area is rundown and the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool (very cold) the pictures of that area is really nice looking online and then when you get there you feel very deceived.

Very disappointed. The breakfast was one of the saddest that I’ve seen. Very cheap and meager. The property is falling apart and not at all well maintained. The pool was icy cold which makes it basically unusable. Why have a pool that even a 3 year old doesn’t want to get into? We are on a 9 day road trip and this was our worst stay. Do not recommend.

Staff was friendly and professional. Answered all my questions. Even suggested a couple place to get good food. Very spacious room. Well clean and maintained. Being a busy summer weekend and nearly full hotel. We never heard the neighbors on either side of our room or below us. Has a pool and hot tub. Had a fire pit and swing set out front of the location. Family friendly. Great place to stay for the weekend. Will definitely stay here again our next weekend getaway. **** Thank you

The one window was open when we arrived. We tried to turn on the wall air conditioner that only my son who is 6'3" could reach. The temperature would not move below 76 and it was extremely loud. We had to leave quickly for our night moose tour and hoped the room would cool down. We got back at 11:30 pm and the room was only slightly cooler. No breeze was coming in the small window. By 7am it was already 80 degrees in the room. Horrible experience and definitely not worth the $250 we spent for one night. There are lots of other hotels and motels in the area. Stay elsewhere!

Cheap, newly renovated, not as fancy as some places but it was a few minutes from all the attractions and very quiet and clean. I’ll definitely stay again.

The hotel was almost empty. The Hotel worker was not at the desk when I arrived. I was told by another person to wait one minute. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was cordial.

One of the three rooms rented this month was not cleaned after the last visitor. There was trash left behind and soiled linens. The rooms were all worn and outdated.

The rooms were super clean but the bathroom fan didn’t work one of the bathroom lights was out. If you were staying just to sleep and go this is a good place to stay.
