The night was good but there was no hot water for showers,etc. The boiler broke already in the eve so we were expecting it to be fixed by morn but no hot water in morn!☹️

People are great. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Great places to stay.

The bed was so hard couldn’t sleep. The pillows were old and hard. Also, the air conditioner fan did not work in the room. The drapes on the window were not hung correctly.

Well to start the carpet was full of sand burs that we had to walk on all through the night. The toilet was not secured to the floor and wobbled when you set on it. The back door was missing the touchpad outside and a rock was on the door frame to prop open. The wires were hanging out where the touchpad was supposed to be located. The breakfast was cold, no silverware, no butter, and no service/staff member present in the breakfast area. We were highly disappointed with our stay, it would have been a better choice to stay a Motel 6. Would ask for refund or a partial refund but I know it would not do any good. Will not stay there again, or advise anyone to stay there!!!!!!

Very clean and quiet. Just what we needed after a long travel day. Retired couple w our 90 yr old mom. Worked for everyone!

The ac in the bedroom didn't keep it cool the living area was 15° cooler set 10° higher. Told the front desk and were suppose to put in a work order the next day to fix it and no one ever came. The pool was green and closed and the hot tub was empty.

The hotel was very nice… Clean, the staff was efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was great hot food items and good choices. That was comfortable. Hallway was a bit smelly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a convenient stop for a two week trip on the road.We stayed here two weeks ago on the way to and from NM & UT.However, I do not like the fact that LaQuinta charges an extra $50 on your bill because you have paid your bill with a CREDIT card.We stayed here 2 weeks ago,(Room 108) & $50 appeared on my invoice at checkout.Was told it would take 7 to 10 days for the $50 to be credited back to the card.I found out at last night's check in (Room 409) if you use a DEBIT card-no $50 fee!But, I had already paid with my credit card and could not get it adjusted to use a debit card.It's VERY inconvenient to keep checking the card site making sure the $50 is credited, and I did this for 10 days before it was finally credited.Not a happy camper here! For what it's worth knowing,I am a Wyndham rewards member, too! Had to use Expedia due to no availability on Wyndham's site on the return trip home.

the hallways smelled really gross, like humidity. the room was not cool at all when we arrived, the elevator is also gross smelling. the lobby furniture is dirty as well. wouldn't stay at a Quinta hotel again

The services and cleanliness needs to be improved. The room was not the cleanest and it was quite dusty. The phone also didn't work. They don't provide a body lotion either.

There was a water boil ban starting the day prior to our visit. They never offered drinking water or ice for the stay. That's the least they could do because of the inconvenience! No juice, coffee, and NO water. You could buy it, so we went down the street to get ours!

It was easy to check in. I just didn’t like that there was an old cigarette smoke smell even if it was non smoking. Also some of the furniture handles were broken in the room. Other than that, it was a good overnighter stay and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable beds. It’s a 5 star hotel.

The room was full of dog hair, in the bed, all over. Obviously they don't even shake out the comforter. The floor in the room was greasy, obviously they don't mop the laminate floor, housekeeping didn't have a mop on the cart. The lighting in the bathroom was bare light bulbs. On a positive note, the night manager was extremely polite and helpful..

All was great except neighbors kept slamming doors. Should be more respectful of others. Place was comfortable, clean, roomy, night staff was friendly, day staff not so much.

Staff at desk were nice and friendly. Bed was comfy. Plenty of parking.
I am a dog owner 5 inside dogs. I am happy to see others dog travel with owners. When your dog has an accident please be kind enough to stop and clean it up!! Not hotels responsible to clean up after your dog.

Stains on bed linen, mold in shower, lobby smelled of sewer, tried calling 3 times to speak with manager and check out early and no answer, we i got back to the hotel that even i told her that i called 3 times and she argued with me stating she was the GM and at the front desk all day, and wouldnt let me cancel the room cause no one was avaialble to clean it, so i just paid for the night anyway and stayed at the hamptons accross the street, i told them about the situation and they discounted my room for me just for the trouble
