This place has really gone down since last stay there. Room not very clean. Bed pillows about as thick as a penny. Said breakfast provided. Consisted of snack bar and coffee that wasn’t fit to drink. Definitely not worth 109$

Great Place to spend the night. We ate at Chick-fil-a and Dunkin’ Donuts.

I called ahead to tell them we would be arriving late and they told me not to worry. When we arrived they had rented out our reserved non smoking room. The only non smoking rooms left available were Queen sized beds. I was just glad to have a non smoking room. The AC didnt work in the room they ended up giving us, so we had to get yet another room. The AC worked but made a terrible whistling noise. The office ladies were super friendly and kind. I was super upset about the entire room situation, and didnt get a discount either for the inconvenience. I was nice and respectful anyway because the women were so kind. "Breakfast included" in the stay was a coffee machine and some granola bars. We went to cracker barrellnext door instead. Wouldnt stay here again, but the workers are super nice so i didnt give it an even lower review. The rooms were decently clean, and the fridge was immaculate.

old motel-style facility, not in great shape, clean enough but very basic (no coffee machine, tiny packets of bath products, frayed carpet) and SERIOUSLY overpriced.

Going to be honest and fair. It was for 1 night and was cheapish. Room was not inviting. Bare tile floor, bed not really comfortable, springs sqeaked everytime you moved. There were no convenient electrical outlets to plug phone charger. It was clean and the heat worked fine. It also had a small fridge and micro and good hot water. I will probably spend the extra next time for a different location. I suppose if you don't care about comfort or appearance and on a tight budget and just need a place to shower and get a few hours sleep, it would be fine.

They had no hot water...it was so freezing cold , I could not take a shower or even shave in the sink. I should be a refund!!!!

I like the location. right by interstate. has chik fila and dunkin donuts literally next door. people here were nice and helpfull. I will be back to stay here again.

Door did not lock when walking out. Very limited everything including microwave, shampoo, no towel or TP in room.

Paid extra for reserving a queen bed instead of the standard double. We received a double, and I went and asked the front desk if room 141 was a queen or double, and they told me it was a queen. Not possible. I sleep with my husband in a queen, and this was a horrible nights rest because the bed was too small.

Cheap towels, torn single panel curtain, broken air conditioner. Very convenient location, but hardly worth the nightly rate.

Upon check in the hotel did not have the reservation I made thru hotels.com. I had to show a copy of the reservation with the rate quoted to get my room. Could have stayed in a better hotel for the same price. The electrical outlets next to the bed would not work unless the wall light was turned on. I need an outlet to plug in my cpap and no other outlets were available close to the bed. Who can sleep with a bright light on all night?

The people there were nice, but the hotel was horrendous. At first glance we thought we saw signs of bed bugs on the sides of the beds and box springs, (but there weren't any) instead the stains were semen stains. The rest of the room including the bathroom was not really cleaned at all. For example, there was hair eveywhere from previous guest. They advertised that they had new rooms, but our bathroom was completely disgusting with mold damage and water leaking from shower and also from the room above. See pictures.

It was filthy, floors were not swept and walls were dirty, the fan above the shower was falling out of the ceiling and there was no hot water for a shower, I was booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1.

OK Air Conditioner was very loud.

This is an older hotel but it was clean, had smoking rooms and had several restaurants nearby.

Clean, comfortable rooms right off I75 and with a Dunkin Doughnuts next door. Perfect spot to spend the night and take a break from the road.

Kings Inn was decent and clean. There were a few minor things that need updating, rather than being “painted over,” but overall good. Several restaurants in walking distance was nice!
