Belle place

The elevator situation is a big problem. I travelled with my mom and my daughter (baby) and I'm glad I invited my mom to come or else I'd be screwed. They gave us a room upstairs. They tried to change it but everything was already booked and checked in for 2 days as well. Had to walk up about 12 or so stairs with the car seat and it's heavy..my moms knees hurt too so she had to make the effort to go up. Then my mom took care of my daughter as I grabbed a cart for our luggage and had to use the elevator reserved only for luggage. Once I put the luggage in, I had to leave it there, walk upstairs and then call the elevator up from upstairs to retrieve my luggage. Then bring the cart back to the elevator. Go downstairs and call it down to put it away. When my daughter had to be changed I had to walk downstairs from the lobby and went into the bathroom where I had to change her on the floor. Luckily an employee came to help me as she noticed it was for my daughter. Long story short I was not impressed.

We were disappointed about the piece for breakfast. we are people above 70 …and more and there was no place to sit…just in the stools… It is a very good place for sleeping.

Very clean, pool was excellent for the kids with lots of towels and very clean. The rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and the breakfast was fresh and well stocked even while it was busy at breakfast rush. Would stay there again without hesitation.

No elevator

Rooms are a little old ie; carpet. Strange smell which we can’t figure out. Almost like someone smoked in the room and it was covered up with something. On a positive note, taff is very friendly and it’s in a great area.

The hotel is easy to access from the main road and it is very clean. Staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean as well. My experience was soured by the room that I was given. The air conditioner was very loud, sounded like a generator almost as I suspect the fan bearings to be going out. The bathroom fan was also making lots of noise for similar reasons and some of the bulbs in the various lamps were also burned out. Obviously, being in the dead heat of summer, sleeping without the AC was not an option so my sleep was impacted by the noise. The walls also seem to be pretty thin so I was often awoken by other travellers moving about in the hall and in the room above. Overall, it wasnt a peaceful rest. The included breakfast is also subpar and overcrowded. The cooks were not able to supply eggs to meet the demand so some had to go without. I suppose that, at least its included.

The only issue we had it is the frudge wasn't working. Tgey should double check the room before people getting in. Thanks
