Everything was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff and the hotel was clean and recently refurbished.

We got a room right by the office and could hear the front desk workers and their child talking right outside our door until 2 am. The breakfast was horrible. Seemed like fake eggs, slices of bread, NO types of meats, cereal.

Liked - Newer facility, which was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and young lady was friendly. Disliked - Later asked a young man at the check-in desk about the pool; it seemed that I was a nuisance to him. Too much door slamming (especially around 6:00am) and traffic noise from street. I would request a room in the back in the future!

The staff was friendly. We had no problems. I got more then i expected for the price. We stayed during Hurricane Beryl and that was our check out date, they gave us extra time to check to allow us a better time to start traveling home. We would happily stay there again during our next visit to Texas.

It’s really very clean. Love staying in that hotel.

Like the options for the children

It was alright. The customer service was a little sluggish but very friendly and nice. The bed was broken and went downhill on one side and if someone got out of bed the bed would fly up and you would be on the floor. I was too exhausted to change rooms

I never stayed here. I didnt book this. And i cant get a straight answer from Expedia or this shady ass hotel. Both blame the other one. There was a charge on my account and i never booked anything. I want a refund!

The staff was very friend and keep things private. I love the coffee area. The breakfast was convenient. I would come back next time I visit again.

The girl who checked us in was very friendly. She let us know what all was around the hotel to eat and do. We asked if they had a rollout bed that we could use for my son and the gentleman who took over after the young lady left said he would make sure we had one when we got back that night. When we got back, no rollout bed and the person working said nothing had been mentioned to him about it. We asked for an extra blanket instead and they gave us one but it was incredibly small. I went back to see if they had a larger one and he told me “No, I already gave your wife a blanket. You can’t have anymore.” So we went to Walmart and bought a blanket to use. Breakfast was subpar; stale bagels and burnt tasting coffee. Honestly for the price I halfway expected some of this stuff to probably be an issue. Would not stay here again.

Initially I wanted to change my reservation to another location because it was not in Houston but ultimately I couldn’t and I accepted that fact. After arriving I saw how nice the area was and how I could navigate easily into the city with similar traffic times as if I were in the inter city. This is because the routes available to use weren’t as popularly traveled meaning less congestion. The hotel it self was nice. It looked and smelled clean. The finishes were also nice. Everything worked well in our room. Staff were courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

Hotel carpet is disgusting, so having laminate floors is a plus.

Check in was great! The room has a lot of odd spots where it’s either dirty or possibly residual construction caulking or adhesive. It was a little off putting, but like I said, it may have been from the recent renovations. Otherwise pretty nice!

The staff was great! And the hotel and our room was good. The only negative thing I have to say is that this could be a BEAUTIFUL hotel, IF the money was spent to update everything! Carpet was old and worn, t.v.'s we're too small, and the drain in our bathroom had a awful smell. And you had to run the water for 20 minutes or so before you had hot water....If money was spent to update fixtures,t.v.'s, carpet, paint, etc....AND the indoor pool could be AWESOME, but it was cloudy and ice cold....If heated and clean, would be a great asset to this hotel. The marble floor and chandelier in the lobby were breathtaking....Just UPDATE PLEASE and probably would triple your business...

It was a comfortable stay and the room was clean except for the old carpeting in the room and hallways. The breakfast was disappointing with only egg and potatoes (no meats) along with the usual breakfast foods. The orange juice was watered down even after the staff had changed it. Aside from this, the staff was attentive at check in and check out.

Disgusting. But, when it’s the only available one in town what other option do you have?

The hotel and service were fine. However, someone stole some of my medication that was left in the room. I had the pills in a daily flip top organizer and two of the pills disappeared. My own fault? Perhaps. But who would be stupid enough to take pills when they don’t even know what they are for?? The pills cost eleven dollars each and I need them to live. Fortunately I still had enough for the trip. Also, how much does one have to spend to get a toilet seat that isn’t loose and wobbly? The toilet ran water continuously and was not repaired during the four days we were there even though the problem was reported on the first day. The bathroom door was also in shabby condition and repaired with duck tape. Overall, pretty disappointed.

Lamps had rust on them, doors were dirty, door handle was dirty....need a few upkeeps
