The staff where great, rooms where clean. Hot tub was out of order when we arrived to check-in Saturday morning the juice machine was out of order.

Two of the ice machines were out of order, but everything else was very good. Very clean!!

Fantastic place to stay with very clean and large rooms with a wonderful kitchenette area. Fridge actually worked well. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from.

Lola went above and beyond to assist me to get a room earlier than normal and to allow for late departure. The type room I had signed up for was not available yet, but she gave me a larger room that was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent. Lola gave me information about the community and how to get around the construction.

Did not have the room we booked. We booked 2 queens but they only had a room with one bed.

I generally stay in local mom park motels, so staying at the Hampton Inn was a bit of luxury for me. Most notably absolutely delicious hot breakfast with mini options. Also enjoy the hot tub and nice firm beds.

Nice host. Fun pool for the kids

It was nice that they provided complimentary cookies in the evening with a nice selection of coffees and teas for customers. Plus, breakfast was a nice selection of healthy choices.

The property was under renovation and our room was newly finished but we had no tv or heat.

It was nice. Stayed one night.

We enjoyed our short stay, we came in late at night and left early but we were very happy with how clean the room felt. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet.

Quiet and safe

A clean hotel. Nice rooms, comfy beds, a good location, and close to restaurants. Quiet area was nice.

Did not have room I reserved. Tv in the room I was put in which only had one bed, didn’t work. The air conditioning didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. Management refused to show up since it was the weekend. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Property and hotel were very clean. Clerk was professional and got the issues handled but not in a timely manner. I took an hour and a half to get booked in because she assigned my room to another guest. I’d like to have some kind of compensation for the inconvenience

While in a search for a hotel for my family and I to stay as we travel to south Texas for the holidays, literally the only filter i entered for my search was POOL and HOTUB. The pool/hotub area looked like a perfect area for my family and i to order some pizza and relax after 12 hours on the road. Upon arrival, the very first question i asked was. Pool/hotub area is open right? i could not wait to get my lower back in that hottub. To my dismay, the pool/hottub area were completely shut down. We were very disapointed. Then, we get to our room and there was a crew in the room above us with hammers and sawsaws. it was so loud that my 4 year old was hiding under the blankets crying until finally after an hour they stopped. It was not a great start. The staff were very apologetic and i believe they tried their best. Once construction is done and pool area is open this will be a great place to stay. I do feel that if the pool area is closed for an extended period of time that we should have been notified. it was clear that all of this had been going on for weeks or even months.

Need to let it be known on web site when pool and. Hot tub out of service only reason I got room in first place was wedding anniversary an we wanted to swim and relax even came in day early so got to days then after checking in note on counter has no pool or hot tub both out of order yeah

The lady in the dining hall was fantastic!!! She took care of everyone by herself. She didn’t stop!!! Such a great asset!!! Lady at the front desk was great!!! She made cookies! Wonderful 3 days! Thank you!!!!

Great stay! A little tricky to find at night coming of the expressway. Rooms are nice with a FULL breakfast bar. Highly recommend
