Wonderful hotel! The rooms were large and comfortable. All amenities were included in the room (shampoo, lotions, soap). The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and had variety. The staff was friendly and helpful! Pool was clean and a chair could always be found. Perfect location with access to restaurants on the main strip and plenty by wandering through the back streets. Book this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is supposed to be 5 star,but barely makes it in 4!! The air conditioner on the room was not so effective, incredibly the elevators don't have a "up"botton ,so you always have to go down. Tje breakfast is not well stocked and tje pancakes hard as stones. The food at the pool is very poor and expensive. In general its overpriced for what you get!!

Excellent week during our stay at this hotel. First of all all the staff were highly professional and very friendly. Even though the hotel was quite busy, there was always a table at breakfast and a sunbed available next to the pool. Very near to local restaurants and the little town is walkable. Beautiful views from the balcony overlooking the sea. The Wi-Fi was a bit sketchy, but fine if you don’t have business meetings.

We had a lovely stay. The breakfast was plentiful, parking was easy, view from our room was terrific. I would love to return some day.

Came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Great staff and a fantastic location. Breakfast was a disappointing the plates were warmer that the hot food. But the choice was good. Pancakes were stone cold

We had a suite which had an adjoining door to another room which was noisy. Shower door was broken and dangerous which I reported on several occasions it never got fixed

This property was very nice excellent location, good view of the water the room we had which was a suite was excellent. Our only complaint was I’m not sure if this was a training hotel for staff staff, but the staff was not knowledgeable of the area or helpful about finding dining or activities

A very nice hotel, if slightly tired looking in places. The staff are excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The food we had was good, plenty of choice on the lunch menu and for breakfast. Cooked well with fresh ingredients. The hotel caters for all our needs and more. We would definitely recommend it.

Nice clean organised Hotel - Breakfast excellent - plenty of staff on reception and found them all to be very helpful Young lady on seperate tour desk is not happy in post. No smile, poor information and poor eye contact.

Hotel is bigger than we would typically choose but we were impressed with service , facilities and staff . Well located in Olhao within walking distance of everything you need . Good size rooms and bathrooms

We had an amazing, very large apartment sized room overlooking the Marina. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful and plentiful buffet breakfast. We also had a very good dinner at the hotel when we were too tired to go out. We rented a car and parking was plentiful and free. Easy driving to other locations in the Algarve. Would definitely stay her again.

All of the staff that we met were friendly, very helpful and made every effort to make our stay memorable.

This hotel, as other have said, is not a 5 star property. My room was noisy from building work and air conditioning units outside. The bed and pillows were not great quality and not very comfortable. The floor had a worn and grubby carpet that you wouldn’t want to walk on. The bathroom was nice and free parking was also good.

We stayed in a suite with excellent sea views. It was bright, spacious and very comfortable. Service was excellent and we couldn't fault anything. The hotel is located very close to the old town and across the road from the marina an ideal place to explore Olhao

The hotel was immaculate. The service was amazing. Any issue we encountered the staff was able to assist with and help resolve asap. The breakfast is very delicious as well with lots of options. I will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will be recommending your hotel.

The welcome at reception on arrival was warm and wonderful; a comp bottle of delicious red wine was delivered within minutes of entering the room. This was lovely and spacious, super-clean with excellent facilities. Breakfast is a treat and the spa tip-top - we had excellent massage treatments. The team here is really excellent - just shows what good training achieves for customers. All in all very good all round. We'll be back!

Excellent hotel great breakfast , spotlessly clean , big spacious room and balcony overlooking the water . First class staff who went above and beyond and sent Prosecco and cake to our room for my birthday

Overall we had a good stay but would not class this is as a 5* hotel. Pros: - Very polite and helpful staff at reception. They went out of their way to sort any issues which were within their control. - Clean and modern. - Good location; you can walk to all the sights in Olhao. - Decent breakfast, including omlettes made to order. - Nice touches, such as a bottle of champagne and brownies as it was my birthday! Thank you for this :) Cons: - Room lacked amenities which would be expected in a 5* hotel (e.g. no face towels, limited toiletries and no bathrobe and slippers). - Spa was disappointing and had some odd rules. Rude staff and tried to charge extra for use of all facilities (which was not specified at the time of booking). - Outside pool was full of seagulls, which is unhygienic. - We felt rushed out at breakfast, e.g. staff trying to clear up before we had finished. We feel a 4* rating would be fair and would set expectations more appropriately for guests. Also, hotel should specify which spa facilities are available and which are subject to extra charges at the time of booking.

Great location and great staff. We had an early flight and they provided a bagged breakfast. Response to any inquiries was prompt. We’ll stay here again!
