Hotel was nice, friendly staff. Access to the beach was a dirt path that could be done a bit better for easier access. The grass area to get to the beach was full of dog droppings that now one picks up so watch out for that mine field when walking there. The hotel was under renovations and was notified before booking. No issues there as they allowed guests to utilize the service elevators to help guests out. The breakfast was good each morning and the room service was very good. I would stay there again.

Pros.I was there for seven days. The lobby and restaurant and bar area are very modern nice with good service, and the common rest rooms are very modern clean. I was there two hours early for check in and the desk clerk still aloud early check in with no additional charge. Clean room. Good room service. Beautiful view from balcony. Cons. There are three elevators. Very slow. Waited five-minutes multiple times going and coming. Hall carpet on my floor was soiled and worn. Room air conditioner worked fine but had a musty smell. No coffee maker. No safe direct beach access. Either have to walk down a steep eroded loose rocky path through tall grass or a trashy unkept side street that leads to a muddy clay path about 300 yards. Either was not safe. Deal breaker for me on my next trip to the area. Service and atmosphere by the pool was poor. Service employees were not attentive. Constantly had to chase them down for service. Breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were limited, and just slightly warm and, in some instances the eggs were cold.

We loved our stay at Hotel Luzeiros São Luis. This hotel was in a nice location and had everything you could want in a hotel. Their breakfast was amazing as well as their room service. They have the best gym I have seen at any hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are a good amount of options of things to do and eat around the hotel.

We stayed only one night at the property. We met up with our friends heading to Atins the next day. No issues

No stores close by, you have to take taxi to get anything, not even a convenience store close by, nice hotel but I would definitely stay somewhere else in the future that is more central.

In order to book this hotel, I was not allowed to use American Express credit card. Ok. Not sure why? After booking, I received an “alarming” email from the hotel saying that my reservation would be “down graded” if I didn’t not prepay immediately. I ignored this. Then I was contacted again by the hotel to do pré-check in. I decided to do this because I was on business and would be rushed on arrival. 45 minutes later, I completed this ridiculous pre-check in online. Ugh! The hotel is nice. The elevators are confusing, hot, and very slow. I learned to plan ten extra minutes from my floor to the lobby each time I needed to leave because elevators were so slow. And I always ended up sweating due to the heat in the hallways and elevators. The elevator cards are totally confusing. If more than one person enters, the last card appears to cancel the previous passenger’s card. Every guest I met in the elevator complained about the odd system. Not a great location if you want to walk on the beach. On check out, the team at the desk insisted that they could not give me an itemized bill that separated out room from tax. Impossível they all said due to my “Expedia/Hotels.com” reservation. There are other options in São Luis.

the propert claimed it was COVID ready and the property was cleaned but upon arrival, the room was pretty gross. Starting with the door handle to the room which was never cleaned based on the finger prints, it went downhill from there/

We stayed here on a one night stop over in transit from Lencois. The hotel is obviously dated, but honestly I slept very well, they had everything we could need, an incredible breakfast buffet, clean room, great shower. There are a couple great restaurants in walking distance too, so it was perfect for what we needed - convenience and comfort. Staff also had great English and very professional. Thank you!

Sao Luis non e certo un posto in cui fermarsi e questa e ;a struttura migliore. Detto ciò, a parte la hall le camere sono veramente bruttine tipo motel italiano. Fuori dallhotel non ce granché per cui ci starete per tutto il soggiorno. Comunque personale gentile a parte il fatto che non parlano assolutamente una parola che non sia portoghese e che le procedure di check in e out sono lentissime.

Unbelievable, a hotal if this level and they charge you additional R$15 (about $4) for parking. I guess they did not quite get what customer service is all about

The hotel was fine, but could use some updating and maintenance. There is nothing around the hotel either... The service was good, as was breakfast.

The staff were all incredibly helpful, the breakfast selection was good, however, the rooms are a little tired. Overall an enjoyable stay for business purposes - not much in a close proximity to the hotel, however it was very easy to get taxis.

We did have one issue with getting locked out of our room. But they made up for ot with alate check out and complimentry beverages which was a good compromise. We left happy with our stay and the service 😊
