This hotel has ample parking for large vehicles. The front desk people were very helpful and the check-in was quick. We would give it below average rating though because the bathroom was not clean and most importantly, even though we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our front door, Housekeeping” started loudly beating on our door at around 8:15 am. We would not stay here again because of housekeeping’s total disregard our “Do Not Disturb” sign on the front door and the dirty bathroom.

Easy and efficient. Lynn at the counter was especially helpful. Good location, with plenty of food choices and close to various interchanges.

First off this place is a very clean, very friendly place to stay. Dennys is in the parking lot and is a great place for a meal. Walmart is right down the road and so is multiple gas stations. This hotel is halfway in between Niagara Falls and the Statue of Liberty. Halfway in between Amenia and Heuvelton. I would definitely recommend this place after staying in it for a week.

Staff was super friendly, check-in was easy, rooms were clean. I was only there overnight so i didn't get a chance to check out the pool. I love that they have an 11am checkout, usually it's 9 or 10 at other hotels I've stayed at. Parking seemed to be limited so get a spot early. Dennys restaurant right next door. Very strict on their smokies policies, which isn't a bad thing. Now that pot is legal, you can literally smell it everywhere so i can understand the rule about only smoking in the designated spots away from the building. Id stay here again.

This is a motor inn just off the interstate, so you shouldn't be expecting Ritz Carleton level. With that caveat, while the property met my expectations, the quality of service and the options available for breakfast exceeded them. Friendly, polite, and helpful front-desk staff make all the different.

The staff ... Lynn, Laura, Diana (never caught the lady who takes care of the breakfast area, but, her too!!!) just the nicest people.... I'll definitely be back !!!

The older section of the property could use some updates as well as the room. Bed uncomfortable. Felt like it was on a metal base and made noises getting up or sitting on it.
Did see families enjoying the pool.
Need to clean filters in the dryer. They are screwed into the machine and couldn't empty. Trying to remove lent, made a mess into the dryer.

The floors were dirty, and hairs were found in the shower.
The metal ladders in the pool were extremely slippery and unsafe when trying to climb out of the pool resulting in a slip that slammed my shin into it resulting a very large contusion.
The continental breakfast was mediocre at best with no hot food options.

We had a deluxe room in the back building and the mattresses were like sleeping on the floor,the a/c unit didnt feel like it kept the room cold (even set at 62), and Breakfast options have been scaled back as well. Staff was friendly and room was clean.

Tried Inn because it’s listed as a Expedia Hall of Fame. Tuny room. Cleanliness questiobable. I'm 5'7 and had hard time getting into bed because it was so high. Towrl rack wasnt secure, fell off the wal. Tried to adhust light over bed, it fell off wall, sink drain was so slow, it took forever to drain. EXPEDIA hall if fame????

It's an older property, but there is pride taken to keep it clean and in good condition for guests.

Very overpriced for what it is. Lots of truck noise from the nearby highway through the wall / window. This is a $90 a night max place. Tough to swallow paying more. Bare bones breakfast. Not bad, just very budget. No warm protein options, but coffee was ok.

The staff is what the difference. They were wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating. We were exhausted after a 6-hour drive and check-in was so easy.. the room was clean and inviting, the towels smelled so derfully fresh and the fridge was spotless. We did not use the pool because of time constraints however it was super clean. The stay was peaceful and very easy to relax. Will definitely recommend!

This hotel was conveniently located off of the highway. The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and somewhat clean. The floors were very dirty but the bedding was clean.
