Lovely place in a great location, clean and tidy, great bed, bathroom small and outdated. Would recommend for your next stay in Robe.

When we arrived no one was at reception made a phone call to be told our keys were in the room and the door was open. Stayed for 2 nights and did not see the owner for that whole time. Totally over priced. In saying all that Robe is a great place to visit I just wouldn't stay at the Harbour view hotel.

Awesome little motel in a great locations that offers everything you need

The room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The staff were very helpful and sent us check in information in advance which was much appreciated.

We were lucky enough to stay in the Penthouse suite of this motel and it was incredible. Beautiful room with a beautiful view. Very friendly lady at reception, we adore Robe, it was our first time there, but won't be our last!

Great room! We really appreciated the laundry facility.

Smallest bathroom ever. Toilet is literally at the shower door. No space at all. The bedroom/living area were great. Very clean and loads of space. Should have made the living area abit smaller to accommodate atleast a normal size hotel bathroom. Was definately not worth the price paid unfortunately

great location, 5min walk into town

No issue with motel itself. Problem was with Hotel.com. They never informed the motel that we were a party of 3 rather than a couple so we were only assigned a Queen bed which sleeps 2. Catherine on reception was helpful in getting us extra duvets but unfortunately our child (11 yrs old) had to sleep on the floor.

Seamless check-in and spotless room. Lovely atmosphere both outside and in the room, great communication with the owners and loved our time in Robe. A true hidden gem!

Very neat and tidy little Hotel

Sorry to say we were so disappointed! We paid $250 for one night! Towels were an off white grey colour, thin, I wouldn’t shower because I didn’t want to dry off with them. Carpets stained dreadfully. Kettle dirty inside and out. View from the balcony was the only promised kept, beautiful but deck wouldn’t have been stained in ten years I think. Usually don’t complain but would hate anyone else to pay $250 a night to stay here. Also no staff on arrival you have to ring to be told your room number, key waiting inside. No nice outdoor areas to relax as said in advertising! Very run down.

Was a comfortable place to stay

A lovingly renovated property, harbor view room is a must. A shame we traveled in off peak time and the cafe was not open, it would have been lovely to have a coffee in the sun in the morning! Friendly staff and a great spot - thank you for our mini getaway!

Property was clean but outdated and we were asked to pay extra for a room with a view and there was hardly any view unless we cr ossed the road.

The family owned accommodation is striving for high status. A good effort has been made with the decor and eco friendliness. Having a shower in the bath was quite unnerving because of the slippery surface and exiting passed the glass side and high bath side had to done careful. There was quite a bit of drilling into brick walls during the day and when we came back from a walk to relax close to three o’clock we couldn’t due to the noise so went for a drive. The white towelling was a dirty grey colour. Maintenance on doors and walls required throughout. The view over the harbour from our room balcony was beautiful. Compared to other equitably priced and strategically located accommodation we stayed at either side of this one, it was clear much work still needs to be done to come up to standard.

A small and cute motel that is bright and airy, clean and close to everything. The staff, a lovely, friendly and helpful young lady, are fantastic and we were greeted with a smile. We would return for sure.
