Great value for money, except pillows were too hard

Convenient to the town,rooms very cold, Heater not working effectively.

The heater was going when we entered room, and the weather was very cold was appreciated. The bathroom needed some updating otherwise it was acceptable.

The tv in our room wouldnt work and was to late at night to call anyone

Bathroom light didn’t work, used phone torch to shower and heater (air con) stopped working throughout the night. Office door was locked all night and wasn’t open at 9am when we were leaving.

Got in late and left early, was comfortable enough, bit tired but fine for the price

We booked this room for 2 people but amenities were lacking. I first noticed that there were only 2 pillows and no spare blanket which we had been using on this trip for almost 3 weeks from Victoria to Queensland and return. We managed but did have to ask for another pillow and dinner plate then noticed there was only 1 set of cutlery, 1 knife, 1 fork, 1 desert spoon, 1 tea spoon. Asked for another pillow as I need 2 and husband needs 1. After asking for another pillow and dinner plate which we needed then to discover other things missing. Shower head was a bit mis-directional, needs replacing.

Rooms very tired, permanent residents were extremely rowdy throughout the night

The parking spaces were so cramped we needed to squeeze out the doors. Bedside tables, window sill and lounge needed a good clean. The bed was comfortable and the area wasn’t too noisy.

Clean place to stay. One night only. Couple of maintenance jobs needed to be addressed but otherwise a nice spot to stay

It's OK and reasonable rate, but i'd expect some soap to be in the bathroom.

Everything was good and the people were nice

Rooms are very old and dated. We were exhausted and simply needed a bed. Otherwise, I would have moved

The people next to me made a lot of noise at around 4am they had their car running for around 45 minutes before they left the property plus banging in the room

The room was neat and tidy, the staff were very friendly. The bathroom was dated and the fan didn't work, and therefore there was mould on the ceiling. The shower pressure was a bit low. The kitchen was clean. The air con worked well on a very hot day. The pool was moderately clean. All in all, good value and we would stay again.

Was close to where I needed to be the next morning

The pool was dirty and full of bugs. The room was very old, dirty, and not restocked. No tea bags or milk in the fridge and the biscuits were stale. The shower smelled and there was toothpaste splatters still on the tap in the bathroom. The kitchen cupboards and cutlery were dirty.. we didn't trust eating there. Thank goodness it was just a quick overnight stay. Do not recommend.

Needed to change rooms as TV broken. New room had broken shower door, missing towel rack , dripping shower head and smell coming back up the pipes. Visible cockroaches. Front door has no weather protection on base so door rattled day and night. Needed to wedge spoon in door surround to get sleep. Rubbish bin was filthy. the pool was green and guest laundry unavailable . On the plus side bed was comfortable , AC worked. If I hadn’t prepaid I would not have stayed.

Unsafe, uncleaned. Check for bed bugs.

Unsafe. Me and my kid got bitten by bed bugs all over my body. Beds need serious audit.

Excellent place for a motel, next to Aldi, 24 hour Car wash, fast food outlets, cinema, major retail block, easy to find and leave with major roads Our or through the city!

We had to change rooms early in the night because the air condtioner wasn't working and the toilet wouldn't flush. In our first room, I found an empty milk bottle under the bed, dust under the toaster and the rubbish bin lid in the bathroom hadn't been wiped down. There was also dirty cutlery. The pool was disgusting. Asked the property manager and he said it was broken. The overall appearance of the property was dirty in appearance. I would not stay here again. Very disappointed. My recommendation to anyone is to find alternative accommodation instead of staying at the Citrus Motel.

We had a four night stay here. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The motel was convenient to the Main Street and attractions we were seeing during our visit.

could do with a freshen up. chipped furniture.etc given wrong keys for wrong room someone already in there.had to ask for towels toileteries etc and on arrival a duck greeted us in the green pool

Having room 1 was on the highway, the noise died off eventually but the bed mattress needs replacing and a couple of dollars for decent pillows would be great

I notified the motel I would be there at 9pm , the key was left under the door mat . I was looking forward to a cuppa after a long day travelling , no milk in the fridge.

It was a good stay

Toilet dirty, shower had some kind of small paoer on the floor and the couch was dirty under the cushions i took pictures. Ordered breakfast but the kitchen staff dont work on weekends. Staff could not understand.

main light flickered--no light bulb in the one only bedside light---very little cutlery or crockery---cobwebs on ceiling---filthy carpet---quite a few TV channels missing
