We have stayed at this Inn several times over the years and it's always a great experience. The house is gorgeous and well maintained. The Inn Keepers are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. There are lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Perfect little getaway!

We stayed in the guest house across the street from the main house. The home was very clean and comfortable. John and Beth were very accommodating to our specific family needs and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Thank you for being such great hosts!

The room was so unique and comfortable while the staff were beyond courteous and accommodating. Less than two block from the historic tryon palace and within walking distance of every attraction in town. When visiting again we wont stay anwhere else.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 20 anniversary and we were not disappointed. It was quiet and very relaxing. We have stayed here before in the other guest house it was wonderful.

This was our first stay here and I must say we were very impressed. It was very relaxing and quiet. Each room has their own theme so when we come back we will have to change it up for fun. The breakfast was fantastic.
The owners are very friendly and take time to talk to you and care about your stay.
Next time we are in New Bern we will be back.

We loved our stay at the Aerie and would definitely go back again! The staff was wonderful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. New Bern is such a wonderful area and having a great place to stay made our trip all together such a great experience

Beth is a wonderful host, the room was lovely, bed comfortable. Really great location, easily walkable in old town new bern. Breakfast was delicious. Really a wonderful place to stay....i highly recommend it!

Great property and close to everything. I would highly recommend to those who love classic/historical B&B charms. The owners were very courteous and prompt at resolving a couple climate control things that came up during the stay. Both were not specifically within their control but their prompt attention and quick resolution was greatly appreciated.

Our stay was excellent from the moment we were greeted by Emily to our delicious breakfast the next morning. We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in downtown New Bern. The Aerie was comfortable, cozy, clean and a perfect place to stay for our getaway.

This is our go-to place in New Bern and it NEVER disappoints. From the softest sheets on the planet (we actually bought two sets) to the best breakfast in town. The owner accommodated my “special request” repeat of a breakfast we had enjoyed on an earlier visit. Awesome stay!

The Aerie is a FABULOUS find! The room was super clean and cozy. It gave the comfort and charm of feeling like my Grandma’s house! The bed was super comfortable with tons of cozy sheets! Breakfast was delicious each day! Staff, Beth and John were friendly but not overbearing! And there’s a sweet cat named “Toast” to greet you while you have coffee/book on the back porch!

What a great event and good place to stay. We met the owner twice as we were checking. We walked us through the property. Make sure we knew how to operate everything. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. We hope to stay there again.

Great location and loved the town of New Bern. Walkable to the whole town. Great breakfasts, great staff. They are making some repairs but it did not impact our stay. Be sure to say high to Kevin and Stephen for us. You will understand once you stay there.

So hospitable! The Aerie is ideally located which was why we chose it. The bonuses were the lovely room, drinks and snacks, and both outdoor and indoor lounging areas. They happily accommodated some special dietary requests and made us feel at home! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Historic Home near the center of town. We stayed in the Kennebec Suite (very nice). Checkin/out was easy. I wish we had stayed longer and had the chance to enjoy their breakfast.
