Staff Melinda at breakfast was the sweetest. Room was clean & spacious. Breakfast had plenty of options. Definitely would stay again when in town.

We stopped in Huntsville for an overnight while traveling home from vacationing. The Springhill Suites was conveniently located off the interstate. The property was new and clean. When checking in we were greeted by the front desk staff and she was welcoming and friendly and even suggested a few pizza places that would deliver. The front lobby was clean and spacious. The room was great! We had plants of room for our family of four and the kids loved the sofa bed that was also a trundle bed. There was a separate shower room with a sink and a bathroom which was nice being able to shower and have the bathroom available if needed. The property was quiet even at night we did not hear any noise from the highway traffic. The included breakfast was very good and had something for everyone. The kids liked being able to make their own waffles and customize with chocolate chips, whipped cream and different syrups. There were healthier options like an oatmeal bar, turkey sausage and an egg white, spinach and Swiss quiche which was so good. Everytime we saw a staff member they greeted us with a smile and they made the stay even more pleasurable. We are already talking about returning for a longer stay. This hotel is great for families, multiple night stays and the included breakfast is a plus.

Great hotel in a quiet area with a pullout sofa and king room. I loved that there was an area with a separate toilet and sink from the shower. Also I was glad that there was a mini-fridge and a microwave. All the staff were so nice and helpful, and I was glad that there was plenty of parking. The only negative was that there were some stains in the cushions of the pull-out sofa.

I absolutely loved stay here. Everytime we walked into the hotel after coming from events in the city, it smelled so good and clean. Jasmine was extremely nice and professional. I loved the spacious rooms. Overall 5 stars in my book.

The stay was average. My biggest issue was that the keys to my room did not work. However, the gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful.

Good place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend! The room was large for our group of 3. The sofa bed was comfortable for our teen, and the king sized bed was nice for me and my husband. We appreciated having 2 sinks, as it made it easier for us getting ready in the mornings, and it was nice having the toilet in its own space so everyone had privacy. The little coffee area was cute, as well as the desk area. We only encountered 2 minor problems, but they werent a big deal. In our room, the towel bar fell off the wall when taking a towel down. It seemed like it had been pulled off previously, and just stuck back up. The second thing was that either the 1 or 2 button (i dont remember which) was really hard to push in the elevator. It took us several tries to get it to work every time we used the elevator closest to the lobby area. Breakfast was good, with lots of seating, and the staff was great! They showed genuine interest for our trip plans, told us the other activities happening over the weekend near by, and gave us a welcome bag upon our arrival with waters and a snack. Overall, this hotel is a great option, within walking distance to downtown, big spring park, and the VBC. We definitely plan on staying with you again for Comicon next year! Thanks!

My family was in town to attend a birthday party. I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nice bar in the lobby.

Very clean, very nice staff, very convenient for concerts, but I booked through Expedia and paid extra so I could wait and pay when I got to the property, when I checked in at the front desk I ask if I could pay with cash at the end of my stay and the lady said yes, but I checked out and a different lady was at the desk and she inform me that my card had done been charged and I could not use cash. Wish I would’ve known up front, my card was just about to its limit and I needed it for other things.

I can not say how impressed I was with the friendliness of the staff. The room was great, and you can't believe the location. Close to everything you could possibly want. I would definitely stay here again if in the Huntsville area.
