Modern and spacious rooms with minimalistic details. Our room was cleaned and our bed was neatly made everyday throughout our visit. The service is also topnotch.

Nice hotel, not much around but it is convienient because it is next to the conference center.
The old part of town is only a 5-10 minute leasurely walk from the hotel. Decent breakfast.

Worst ever stay I have had while using hotel.com
The hotel is not even a 2 star; no room service, no kitchen, unfriendly staff. Room not as shown in pictures and hotel in the middle of nowhere. More of a university hostel.

This is a good 4 star hotel, that deserves a 4 star rating... losing one on the rating due to a couple of points below.
The good is the fact that the staff is amazing, Spa is excellent, room is comfortable, parking is free outside of the hotel and in general this is a good hotel.
Neutral point is the fact that this is NOT in the historic center... but is clear in saying this in the hotel advert.
When I lost a point is the fact that breakfast is reasonable... but expensive for what it is. Also, I would say that the hotel is starting to show signs of aging, and needs a good revamp.

All things considered a reasonably good hotel, location is ok and the old town is a 10-15 mins walk away where good food and drink can be had, staff were excellent and gave great information

Aircondition not work whole week, i reported it in reception 3 times, but nothing happen. Instructions about Covid-19 was only spanish.I will not return same place in future, take another hotel

This is a fairly new hotel with great quality-price and service. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. I liked the free toilettries but unfortunately they did not have conditioner. The gym was good too. Conviently located near the city center.

The hotel room was attractive and comfortable, and larger than most I’ve had in Europe. It was also very reasonably priced. The location is pretty plain, but it is easy walking distance to Old Town. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

I've been in this hotel for one night and the experience was very good. The staff was very kind and efficient and the room was big, comfortable with a beatiful and modern design.
I recommend this hotel althought it's not in the center of the city, it takes about 15 minutes walking to get to the "Mercado de la Piedra". I didn't take the breakfast so I can't comment anything about it.

The hotel itself is fine and a 15 minute walk from the old town, however it has to be one of the ugliest buildings, and it is situated in a horrible part of the town by the port. There are derelict buildings covered with graffiti!! When you first arrive you are shocked but we got used to it, and generally felt safe.
