All good. Friendly host, apartment has a nice terrace with Seaview. Only drawback - it's directly below the approach path into Dubrovnik airport. No problem for me but if you demand a quiet stay that might not be your first choice

This place was good at being close to center and super marker. However there was one room with no AC. The AC in the living room made a noise. The shower had a hand shower that you need to sit to take a shower not the stand one. There was no blow dry, dish washer and washing machine. Also not enough utensils for 6 people.

Nice peaceful location, easy walk into town, harder back uphill but we knew this when we booked and no harder than say Lyme Regis! Good views, beaches quiet and secluded, handy bus stop to Dubrovnik, close to airport (don’t be put off by others complaining about aircraft noise, it really isn’t that bad!)

We booked a three-bedroom apartment at Apartment Dub Cavtat but instead we were shown to a dated two-bed apartment, which has a broken air conditioning unit, in a house further out of town. The owner blamed Expedia for the change (because we had booked too early). Why did they not refuse the booking so we could have chosen somewhere else? We even had to buy toilet roll as there was not enough provided. Disappointing start to our holiday!

Everything was great the host was amazing I wouldn’t change a thing about it. The view was also amazing from the balcony.

We had an enjoyable stay at these apartments. They were clean and comfortable. The washing up liquid, cooking oil, sugar and salt left were a thoughtful touch. Handy to the supermarket and town centre.

The property owner Luce and her son were extremely welcoming and accomadating. The location was a bit far from Dubrovnik but an easy 25 min bus ride away (#10). Bus stop right across the street and grocery store about a 5 min. Walk. Very close. They provided us with airport transportation for a small fee. The town of Cavtat was charming but given that we went in the latter part of December, it was a bit desolate...only locals and about 2 or 3 restaurants were open not much activity. This town would be amazing in the summer months.

Bare in mind the areas terrain if you’re exploring you will encounter steep hills and multiple steps. The walk up from Cavtat town is short but quite steep.
The hourly number 10 bus, Cavtata to Dubrovnik, stops outside the apartments and water taxis leave Cavtat harbour, Use these to explore magical Dubrovnik and the stunning coast.

This apartment was wonderful. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of our trip to Croatia as Cavtat is only about 10 minutes from the airport. This apartment is clean and spacious (our apartment had two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/sitting area and a smaller bathroom), close to a market for any grocery needs (about a 5 minute stroll) and there is a restaurant across the street that is quite good so everything that you need is close. This apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants, shops etc. and it is downhill to both but this is the case pretty much anywhere in town. Our only complaint is that the walls between you and your neighbors are a little thin and sound travels through easily.

The apartment was great- very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is also very good- there is a restaurant across the street and the bus to Dubrovnik is literally across the street. A 5-10 minute walk gets you into the old port of Cavtat where there is a market, tons of restaurants and stores. Cavtat itself is awesome- we liked it better than Dubrovnik. The water is the clearest I have ever seen but there is no sand so bring water shoes. There are also boats that leave for Dubrovnik from the old port - it is more expensive than the bus but well worth the money. Overall, a great trip. We will definitely return :)

A grocery store is in 2 minutes walking distance, bus stop to Dubrovnik is right across the street, and a beach, nice parks to stroll, marina, and many restaurants are in 7-10 minutes walking distance. There are several companies running boats to Dubrovnik for reasonable price. We strongly recommend this option. It is a little bit longer (40 minutes) than the bus trip but offers much more pleasant experience. Dubrovnik is overcrowded and Cavtat is much more relaxing place to stay.

The rooms were big enough for our family of four. The bathroom is a little tiny but functional. Linens were clean and changed regularly. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We needed the heat for the first few days and the heating/air conditioning unit worked perfectly. Staying in Cavtat was a great experience. A beautiful picturesque town close to the airport and Dubrovnik without all the hustle and tourists. The only negative is the noise from the airport but there is no night traffic at least.

Owners son took me to the airport for 100 Kuna. Cavtat is a nice little town to spend your last night in Croatia. Travel warning: Avoid the Budva, Montenegro bus terminal. They employ common criminals, thugs and con-artists at the ticket counter and pay wall gate to the terminal bus slips. Something to consider and plan for if you are spending your last days in Budva before flying out of Dubrovnik.

The bus stop to dubrovnik is just across the street. Nice places to walk and visit! Not expensive. Not much to do in this small village but a day is juast find before taking the bus to dubrovnik which is about 25 minutes!

I stayed in this apartment 5 days. The view is very nice and the conditions in the apartment are ok. Only the door of the bathroom was a bit broken, but nothing serious. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were comfortable, and the place was silent at night. There are not many services provided, which is normal for an apartment. The bathroom has handwashing soap, but thats all. It is located close to the bus station and to a supermarket but a bit far from the center of Cavtat. Remember that Cavtat is a bit hilly. The owners of the apartment were very nice and always help us going/coming from the airport.

Pleasant place particularly off season - could be very difficult to park at peak times.TV DID NOT WORK.No clean towels the second and third day.No oven and the arrangement of power points to use appliances was very problematic.

Apartment Dub is a perfect location for visiting Cavtat and Dubrovink area. The apartment is very close walking distance to Cavtat town center. A small grocery store is less than a block away. A bus stop is directly across the street for the bus to and from Dubrovink ( scheduled every 30 minutes). A small restaurant is 50 feet from the bus stop. The apartment managers will arrange transport to and from the airport ( either they or their sons will take you for half the fee of a taxi). The airport is 4 kilometers away. The bus tours will pick you up and drop you off at bus stop ( feels like your private driver).
The apartment was fully furnished with a kitchen. The balcony had beautiful views of the bay. The environment was quiet and relaxing that made you feel like a local.

Excellent apartment. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious. It was easy to find and not far from a supermarket and the centre of Cavtat. Not suitable for those with limited mobility as our apartment was up a few flights of stairs.

My stay there was fine. The property owners are very nice people, and even waited on the street to find me after night fall. One thing they could use was a lighted sign on the main road so people could see where the property is located. Their current sign is seen only from within the property, which does not help late-arrivers like me. Parking can be quite tight in their front courtyard area, but there is a handy car park across from the neighborhood grocery store that visitors can use at night.

We were allocated one of the ground floor appartments, we reckon in the older of the two buildings.Rather dark and spartan but general functionality satisfactory.Wifi was not reliable inside but okay in the communal patio area outside.Steep climb from the bus station although , if we had researched better, the bus passes in effect the appartments on its way down the hill to Cavtat- ask to be dropped at the school and it is just across the road from the stop.Okay for overnight but not long term.
