Enjoyable stay, only for a night, room was spotless, great view of the mountains in the morming. Located in a good place for shopping..Parking slightly problematic but not insurmountable.

Suited our needs, quiet, close to tram stop for city centre

The room was comfortable and extremely good value for money. Staff were attentive, but the bar/breakfast area could have been a little more comfortable. The hotel was well placed for visiting the city.

Hôtel très bien situé, propre. Personnel accueillant. Les chambres sont belles, pratiques et tout confort. Peut être améliorer le petit déjeuner en proposant plus d’aliments salés.

A nice hotel, with lots of free parking, located towards the outskirts of Claremont-Ferrand. My biggest complaint was with the hotel's WiFi Internet service. It was good for basic web surfing only, but could not be used for other (non-web) Internet services (like email); these all seemed to be blocked by a firewall.

cheap, not far from highway, Quality/Price perfect for a one night pit stop. Do not expect luxurious furniture. And don't forget, you are in France and bathroom size half of what you find in North America... Neighboorwood a bit oldish and looks rough, no worry, was very quiet.

Good overnight stop whilst traveling North/South. Rooms are a good size with a comfortable full sized bed with a very clean bathroom The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and polite as they have been on previous visits A special mention for the Desk Clerk who spent a lot of time sorting out next hotel booking after a date mixup

Staff was nice, but we were not fans of the room. Location was a bit in the middle of nowhere, although fairly close to the train station by taxi (3-5 min). Nothing really nearby, about a 15-20 min walk to the station. Only three outlets (not much for myself and my sister). The dark red walls and carpeting made us feel uncomfortable. Although nothing was "dirty" it wasn't necessarily clean feeling. No safe to lock your belongings. Window was a plus with temperature controls, air conditioning working. If you're looking for a decent price and just an "ok" hotel then stay here. If you want "good" then don't stay here.

Stayed one night and had breakfast the next morning. Staff was friendly, hotel was well maintained. Hotel is roughly a 10 euro taxi ride from the airport. Good WiFi. Walkable to the city centre and railway station, which are about 20 minutes on foot.

Ideal For An Overnight Stay, Very Clean & The Reception Staff Speak English And Are Very Pleasant. Rooms Are New And Nicely Decorated, Just Be Careful Of The Shower Heads As They Have A Tendency To Fall Out Of The Socket When Switching Off. Television Channels Are All French Speaking Apart From 1 News Channel Breakfast Is Expensive At 9 Euros
