My week at the Palms was absolutely amazing! The view was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I absolutely love the property! My 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium (#31) felt like home to me! The condo was equipped with everything I needed. There are unlimited choices of restaurants and shopping that are in walking distance. Also, the staff was fantastic!!!

Staff were very helpful and kind. We had power outages one evening that caused our WiFi to go out. Equipment was replaced and service was restored before we left. Staff offered to move us to a different room but we opted to use the WiFi by the pool when we needed it. The pool and grounds were kept very clean. Our unit 24 had a front porch and a back porch with seats and a table. The five gallons of water provided was also a great bonus. Many dining options are a short walk down the beach.

What a gem of a hotel! Everything is a positive stay here: great front desk staff, housekeeping is all over it and you walk out and you're right on the beach. Room was very quiet had a full kitchen and there's a market next door. Everything you want is in walking distance. They have security and it's very safe to walk places. If you're looking for a hotel, the Palms is it!

The hotel entrance, like most hotels in Dan Pedro, was pretty hard to identify even though the sign was right at the front next to the street

The property was beautifully kept and quiet! Accessibility to downtown, airport, really everything is perfect as the location is centrally located. Staff was happy, helpful and friendly. Cart rentals and parking was super convenient and a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Palms!

The entire staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Arranged pick up and drop off at airport, cart rentals, and the other activities. Definitely recommend them if it's your first time to San Pedro.

This was our first time to Belize and The Palms was a great place to stay. First the view from our room was great! And our room was like having your own private one bedroom apartment overlooking the ocean. And being our first time in Belize and San Pedro, being close to everything and having walkable location was key, and The Palms is perfectly located to feel private yet right in the heart of it all. And the staff was so nice and the property is very well maintained. It’s a great place to stay while in San Pedro!

Wonderful location in town... Right in the center of everything, yet quiet and secluded. We loved walking on the beach, fishing off the pier, and jumping to the water of the pier...
Easy way in and out... Spacious unit... Nice small pool... We will be back...

Very nice resort. Staff was very attentive. Beautiful beach but lacking in loungers. However we had access to Ramon’s Village beach and dock for swimming (just not the loungers). We were traveling with our baby grandson and they had a pack and play available upon our arrival. The pool was refreshing after a busy day of activities.

We had a great stay here in our 2nd floor room. No complaints. We had everything we needed in the room. The kitchen was one of the best stocked for kitchenware that we've experienced. That staff were all great and helpful in booking a snorkeling trip. We didn't take too much advantage of their services, but they will help you book dinner reservations, outings, golf cart rental, etc. The pool is on the small side, but great for cooling off during a hot afternoon. But, best of all was the ocean view. We spent a lot of time on the deck relaxing.

The decor is a little dated on the inside but the property itself was perfect for our needs. Our kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and right next door is a grocery store and another one right down the road. There was ample parking for our golf cart and other guests golf carts as well. There is a small pool that they keep pretty clean as well and for the most part very quiet.
Everything is basically within walking distance to the town center and restaurants along the beach. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed.
The views from our room were spectacular ( I recommend booking an ocean view suite and asking for a hammock).
The only thing I would suggest to management is maybe adding an additional blanket in the rooms for those evenings that can get a bit cooler. Also a warning to the guests, do not lose or forget your beach towels as you will be charged a $25 fee for each lost towel.
We definitely enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family or come back for a future visit.

The Palms was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful with booking excursions, arranging for the golf cart, rides to and from the airport, dinner recommendations etc. All at no extra charge. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. And daily housekeeping service on top of all that! The location is perfect. Just a short walk on the beach to many great restaurants and excursion pick up locations. We would highly recommend this property.

My two teenaged boys and I had a great stay! The property is in a perfect location, our 2 bedroom unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and all of the staff were wonderful. And it’s right next door to Ramone’s Dive Village and we were here to get dive certified! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Palm’s to anyone.

Top notch!! My family and I enjoyed Easter holiday week staying at The Palms. The perfect location: convenient to shopping, eating, airport and much more. In fact the location was so ideal becuase.it is located directly in the middle of the island. The best of all worlds, and The Palms Oceanfront Suite is seated directly on the beach front. This makes excursions so convenient, as participants can be picked up directly at the pier. Wonderful!! We will be going back!!

An absolutely amazing experience! We are a family of 5, 3 young children. Our room was perfect, nice and clean and on the first floor so we could just walk out and there’s the beach. The ocean view is spectacular. The pool was perfect and the kids loved it. There is lots of lounge chairs to enjoy the heat and the sun. The staff were all very friendly and answered any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any with a family or even just as a couple.

Great location, easy walk to shops & restaurants. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well equipped. All the staff are very friendly and very accommodating to their guests needs. The pool is in the garden area and they have loungers close to the beach where there is a nice breeze.

Sooo comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Located right bedside the Walk Mart (Grocery Store). No phone in the room; surprise North Americans, you have to go and build relationships with actual humans. Lol Golf cart travel is a blast.

Great place for our family of 4! So much to do within walking distance. We did get a golf cart and that was convenient too. Room was great! We went to the beach next door at Ramon’s. It was nice having a kitchen and two bedrooms. The staff was so helpful and very kind. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our week at the Palms. Close to everything with a wonderful staff. Great views, very clean, and a chill vibe. With an all suite property, you can cook some of your meals and relax more.

Wonderful clean property very modern and great view overlooking the ocean.
Highly recommend and convenient to the airport and restaurants. Went scuba diving for five days and loved the convenience and location of the Palms.

This little gem is one you would not believe until you see it with your own eyes. I loved my stay and will definitely be back. The staff were super courteous and accommodating. They were more than happy to grant any request and were very responsive even after hours. They assisted with getting us to and from the water taxi. Restaurant next door was amazing. There were several little stores in the neighborhood to meet all your needs. The view (OMG) was more than amazing. Waking up every morning to those views make you want to never leave. Nice amount of space. Great size for a family. You won’t regret your stay here.
