It was myself and my daughter away for some rest, hotel well situated, walk a cross the road and it’s the beach, the hotel was clean at a high standard, and the owners where very friendly, and made u feel at home, the cooked breakfast was brill, would of liked black pudding lol, would stay there again. Great sea view, large bathroom, comfy bed, close to town

What a absolute gem, I was very happy with my accommodation. It was very close to the beach . The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Definitely plan to revisit. The parking is a little way from the hotel, but please book directly with hotel to get a parking permit free for your stay. I have never been to Weymouth before it is a beautiful place to be. We explored the area by car the scenery is breathtaking.

Room was good and the staff were great. However, the doors on the room are loud when they shut and other guests didn't know how to be polite and not keep banging them doors.

The hotel and team are so lovely. We'd stuck in Bournemouth because of travel strike and issue with bus, called guys who were so nice and allowed us to check-in later, left keys for us and saved our weekend. The hotel is placed in excellent location-on the shore, in the center of all entertainments, close to the train station. The room was really nice and cozy.

I had a great stay at Acqua Hotel. The owners were lovely. I felt very welcome. We planned to go out but we ended up having a smashing night at the honest bar as it had everything we needed. An absolute pleasure the night was. Breakfast was also amazing. Rooms were clean and tidy, baring in mind future improvements to come. I will be coming back here again. It truly made my night away one to remember

Amazing location and price. Owners were amazingly friendly and were doing everything they could to make your stay even better.

No disabled access or lifts to top floors. Room very hot as no air conditioning, however did provide a fan on request :) The owners had only been there for 2 weeks so a bit overwhelmed. Everyone was very polite and they plan to renovate in the winter. Will look forward to seeing the upcoming changes.

Good location +1, good breakfast +1. No hot water in the shower room -1, no heater in the bedroom -1, towel and rubbish of last customer left in the drawer -1, verbally promise to offer discount for compensation for those negative experience but no further action after check out -1

Close to the beach room was a little outdated shower didnt look very good i didnt have shower i washed at the sink the shower needs replacing

Lovely B&B. The rooms were clean and fresh with a great breakfast in the morning. The staff worked really hard under difficult circumstances due to other members off isolating. There's no parking on site as with most of the hotels in the area. If you ask Charlotte nicely, she has a limited number of passes for the pay and display car park which is five minutes walk away. There are plenty of free one hour parking spaces next to and around the hotel so you can unload your belongings when you arrive. They also have a self service bar where you're trusted to write down what you've had and pay in the morning. The hotel is in a great place directly facing the beach with lots and lots of bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Sea view and balcony was definitely a great choice. Breakfast excellent quality food and service.

It's difficult in these times to understand what these hoteliers have had to cope with over the last 7 months. Sea views from the dining room at breakfast were lovely. The staff from the owner to the youngsters serving on tables were a delight and very caring. Breakfast was good with a wide choice. The room was clean and warm which we appreciated as we stayed there during a three day gale. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was clean.. Every care was taken regarding adherence to Covid Regulations including the requirement of wearing masks outside of your room and hand sanitiser readily available.

The hotel is in a great location, across the road from the beach amd ideal for families. Cleaniness of the room could have been better, corners of the shower, bathroom etc. We had a family room so it had 2 tripple bunk beds and a double bed, room was very dated and required some attention and modernisation. We were a family of 4 and struggled with the small shower cubicle also, which is a shame. Over all we had a pleasant stay, staff friendly and breakfast was good. Sadly, due to the room I wouldnt stay here again unless it waa updated. Due to the beautiful weather we had the rooms were very hot and we got little sleep for the 3 nights. A nice touch would be for a fan to be added to rooms on nights like this. We had a fantastic break in Weymouth otherwise.

Making allowances for covid 19 the staff were great. Superb location. Good size room with balcony. Great breakfast. However the hotel is in need of TLC. The inner entrance door was dirty with chipped and missing paint. Not a very good first impression.. Please get rid of the cheap faded artificial flowers in the front window boxes. Look at next doors. Our room 5 was very spacious with balcony overlooking the sea. Lovely but why was it left with dirt and dust on the floor in the balcony area and the window /entrance was in deperate need of painting. I know monetary wise it must be difficult but the things we mention could be rectified at very little cost and time. I wish the owner all the best for the future because with a bit of effort has great potential to rise above these weird times.

Great hosts looked to help cater for me further on next booking as I travel and arrive late. Shame the tele has an aerial so doesn’t always work and limited channels. Quirky with the shower cubicle in the room!

Very flexible staff catering for business travellers. Breakfast looked lovely but I never had time to have it! Bed made every day etc. Tv has limited channels and aerial does not always work I was also a bit cold but they have rectified this with an additional heater in the room.
