Staff was excellent. Floors/stairs needed vacuuming.

Close to the bus and breakfast was wonderful

The staff was exceptional. We came in late and the hotel clerk, Mathias, went to the kitchen and cut bread and heated up food for us. Extremely inviting and very clean hotel. The rooms were immaculate.

Love the hotel and staff - notSure about the plain glass door between the bedroom and shower room -ok if you’re in a relationship with the person you’re sharing but a bit familiar unless you dry yourself off and dress in the shower tray round the corner!! Otherwise excellent

Very comfortable stay for a few nights while exploring Alsasce area.

Good location and reliable standard of rooms. Free parking. Have used this hotel on many occasions as a stop over on our way to Italy.

Very nice place, beautifully decorated and clean, which in France is quite rare from our experience. The breakfast was very good, we really liked the fact that a part of it was organic food. The personnel was very nice. There is a restaurant nearby, very practical, but a bit pricy though, especially the wine that was quite expensive. Easy to get to Colmar city centre. I would highly recommend this place to everybody who wants to go visit Colmar and the surrounding area, which is really beautiful, charming, gorgeous !

We’ve used this hotel for several years now.In the past couple of years things were not as pristine as could have been.We were very pleased this time to note that many features have been added. ie. several amenities in the bathroom, mineral water , tea making facilities, mini fridge and a larger screen tv (although still not able to watch any Italian channels or BBC WORLD NEWS despite being clearly listed on the room guide- this problem was already highlighted by us on our last stay ).The breakfast, despite the substantial increase in price from tour last visit, still represents value for money especially as many items have been added from the past selection . However we have to say, regrettably, the scrambled eggs are still of a poor standard and quality this year in particular they tasted slimy, powdery with a peculiar consistency.Staff very pleasant and courteous in particular at the check in where a lot of time was dedicated to explain the new features ,despite the Reception being packed with a large Japanese group.At check out and the restaurant, in contrast ,We were not asked about our stay and if we had enjoyed it the breakfast.The extractor fan in the toilet not efficient (in this occasion not working at all).Again , this problem highlighted in the past.Bed and pillows still comfortable and so far always managed to have a comfortable night.Overall this ‘boutique hotel ‘ is in our opinion an excellent choice for comfort , location and value.

Perfect for a home base while wine tasting in Alsace. Colmar is centrally located on the wine road, and the hotel is close to the highway, but not close enough to hear any traffic. It was very easy to get almost anywhere in the region in about 20-30 mins max. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are fine, but nothing to get excited about. If you want to stay in the heart of one of the cute villages, this is not your place. However, the hotel seems to be brand new: the rooms are extremely quiet, have nice firm mattresses that were extremely comfortable, and have excellent air conditioning that made the room ice-cold (seems to be a rarity in Europe). The hotel also has plenty of parking, and very helpful staff. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Overall I'm very happy we stayed here and would not waste time with any other options.
