Great location, small but comfortable room, and helpful staff. The wifi in room 11 was very spotty and this negatively impacted our three night stay.

Great Location. Room is hitech style with open concept for walkin tub without a door. Room is small but comfort

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town but on a quiet street. If you go one way, you are directly in the heart of the tourist center, if you go the other, you can find quieter streets and less touristy places to eat and drink. The room itself was very comfortable, especially the bed and bathroom. The windows did not allow much light in the room though. Overall it is a very comfortable hotel with a nice ambiance and quality features and decor.

Nothing major but several slight discrepancies means a disappointing stay. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Colmar but getting there by car isn’t easy, especially at Christmas time when several roads leading to the hotel are closed. Prior to our arrival I contacted the hotel to pre-book a parking space. I was told that a space had been reserved and this was confirmed by email by the hotel. However, when we arrived we were told that the hotel only had 3 parking spaces and these were all taken so I would either have to just use street parking (with very little availability) or pay €25 per night for public parking (which closes at 9pm). The hotel is a boutique hotel but the room was odd to say the least. No shower door, a toilet flush that broke every time we flushed the toilet and WiFi which didn’t work. We wanted to ask the receptionist a question on the second day we were there and to our amazement she literally never spoke one word of English. Yes I should speak French but working in a hotel in a very popular tourist destination, we found this very strange as well as frustrating. I think the room was very overpriced for what was a very visit room. Would I stay here again.....only if I had to!

Beautiful modern decor. Unfortunately, the room layout was not thought through. Nowhere to sit other than the bed. A large bathtub took the space where a small chair or desk might otherwise be.

great location kool hotel-stylish, excellent breakfast spa after long walks was great. a must to return many museums and cycling yet to complete all the amazing sights in COLMAR.

the lay out of the room was not comfortable. Very limited space. They never came to make sofa bed. Once we got back from dinner late at night we had to go to front desk to have them come make bed. Also I booked a room for 3 people and was told breakfast was included. At hotel I was told breakfast was only for 2 guest and had to pay for the third person.

Its a great hotel, in a nice and safe area. The service was incredible and VERY friendly. This was a very modern hotel and extremely nice. The people that work there are the best. Of course the town was just incredible. The Hotel is located walking distance from the center of Colmar.

Very nice, hip and well decorated hotel with lovely staff. Clean rooms, quiet location and very central to explore the city as well. I would recommend to couples especially.
