We still haven’t gotten back our $50 back.

Only issue was the room was very stale smelling when we arrived. After the AC ran for a while it got better.

We stayed in rm 307 October 11 and 12. My daughter thought she got mosquito bites and she appeared to be allergic to them so went to the ER when we returned home. The ER stated she had bedbug bites everywhere.

Accommodations were made resulting in an upgrade because their hotel elevator was down and my senior mother was unable to climb 3 flights of stairs. The hotel desk was kind and empathetic.

The Hotel Is Kinda old , And the water Pump Stoped working only had hot water .

We have stated at this property several times with no problems - this stay was a nightmare - moved to 4 rooms for a 3 night stay - 1st was not cleaned - 2nd tv would not work - 3rd the keys did not work 8 times - finally moved to a 4th room for the last night. Most staff were nice - others were tired of looking at us again and again just to get into our room.

The room I got did not feel clean except for the bed area. The reception staff & to some extent the dining staff were really helpful & friendly, this is the only reason my stay was tolerable.

Check in clerk was unavailable for 10 minutes at 7 pm. She was not friendly. Good selection of food at breakfast but it was all COLD !!!!

The hotel did not have a pleasant smell, the room was adequate until we unfolded the sofa bed and found the mattress falling apart, exposing the springs, and no extra sheets were stored in the closet. The window was missing one side of the sheer curtains. The bed was probably comfortable for some, but not our family. We slept poorly.

We enjoyed our stay except for the upstairs neighbors running around until late. It sounded like a thunderstorm. I complained but it didn't settled down until late.

I found bed bugs in my bed, stains on the mattress cover and mattress and could tell they had not been washed. I decided to leave at 3:30am when I was woke up to something crawling on me and when I went downstairs there was nobody at the desk to discuss with. I then called the next day and asked to speak to a manager and was asked what for and when I told the person on the phone they said the manager was not available and she would have him call back and I have yet to hear back.

The girl at the front desk checked us in but wasnt aware that our room wasn’t even completed. Door had been left open bed wasn’t fixed hair dryer was still out. So we went down and let her know where she had to give us an upgraded room which she wasn’t happy about. She also forgot to tell us about the times of the breakfast. We got there at 9.40 and it had already been cleaned up. We were a bit disappointed this time.

Outside is dated, I assume they are awaiting the updated Comfort suites renovations
But inside was wonderful and clean. Very comfortable bed and a working Jacuzzi tub. Great rate! Fast check-in and check-out.

We booked this hotel to save. The saying “good stuff isn’t cheap and cheap stuff isn’t good” remains true. The room smelled of marijuana, the curtains were torn and stained. We found a tick in the bed. The key cards would only work for one swipe and we had to get them re-programmed every day.

Hello I am very disappointed with my stay.
First the room smelled of onions and body odor
Second the whole first floor appears to be filled with drug addicts and alcoholics and they appear to be not just guests but more of a low rent flop house the whole facility was dirty I didn’t feel like I wanted to share the pool or the hot tub with anyone I saw staying there. I will never come back to this hotel!

Nice easy place to get to and felt safe. The landscape was in need of mowing and upkeep. Very pet friendly but be prepared to pay 40 bucks plus tax.

Though the staff was pleasant and the accommodations were OK, the overall feel of the hotel is that it needs a makeover. It looks kind of old and tired. I was a little afraid of using the elevator since it made all kinds of strange noises. The door keys use magnetic stripes when most hotels have switched to RFID cards. On the good side, we had no major problems with the room. The breakfast was decent.

No one was ever at the front desk, so I had a constantly wait and ring the bell multiple times. I had to get new room keys five times making me late to my event., it smelled like pot everywhere we went. The carpets and the hallways needed some serious, vacuuming..
