Great experience with the staff - so caring and helpful!

Stayed at this Holiday Inn Express last year for baseball tournament, and it was in need of some repair and smelled in rooms and hallways. When I stayed this past weekend, I was pleasantly surprised as were several of the other families who stayed there during a baseball tournament. Everything was so much better--no smell, clean rooms, good breakfast and great customer service.

Comfortable bed

Literally right off the highway. Easy check in. Clean room. Modern decor.

It the stay here was comfortable, quiet and conveniently located. The only issue I had was the bathtub being slippery. They should have anti slip protection on tub bottom.

Hotel was clean and in a perfect location close to exit and SUNY Cortland. Huge room. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

No hot water for the tea . Coffee was warm in the afternoon.

Perfect for an overnight stay.

We stopped here in November on our way to Florida, and we chose the same hotel for our return because we were sure to have an excellent stay! We would recommend this hotel to everybody!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with them and I do not recommend them to anyone. Exception of Toni at the front desk was very kind and wanted to help however the rest of my stay was a disaster. Construction during the stay, without any notice, drilling and slamming doors started early every morning. My mistake was to book directly with them instead of doing it through Expedia. Expedia was excellent trying to help me with this awful situation but limited to help me get refund. Although the holiday inn front desk admitted the construction and noise — they only offered a dry apology with no compensation of any kind. Not to mention they were pricey and their amenities not worth hundreds of a night. Rip off. I now know why the programmer of the festival did not recommend us this place and I regret wasting money here. Don’t do it. And once again thank you Expedia for trying to accommodate my needs. Truly grateful for it.

Wonderful place to stay-I keep going back there!

I Our room had only 1 chair which my husband used at the desk to use the computer, therefore, I had only a bed to sit on. That did not work. I asked the gal on the desk for a chair, and she said that none were available, but I could sit in the great room. That did not allow me to lounge as I wished to. The chair seat at the desk was too deep for comfort.

I liked the natural surroundings. It could use recycling options available in the room.

Was convenient for a concert we went to in Homer.

Took a long time for the counter staff to help us but was good when she did

Room was dated. TV was dated. The newest technology was an ipod docking station that doesn't work with modern iphones, even if the docking station was functional. For the price i've been far more updated rooms.

Currently under renovations which impacted overall ratings.

Short stay but worth it. Would stay again.

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff and very convenient for us.

Although upgrades were happening, there was limited to no disturbance.

Beds were comfortable Dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed and lots of peeling wall paper in the bathroom

Everything was perfect- clean, friendly, comfortable beds we especially liked the pillow cases that indicated which pillows were soft and which were firm. Breakfast was great and the breakfast room was large and inviting

Front desk - both ladies were super helpful.
