I’m surprised at the poor fit and finish of this hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hallways has towels on the floor each day I was there.

At first glance the property and room looked very decent and clean. But something with the towels and bedding made skin react like the feeling of fingers on a chalkboard. I know this isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault as I have unusually sensitive skin, but then when I left a couple items there they said that they must’ve mistaken them for trash.

Not so good, very disappointed and angry with hotels.com. I was charged $131.75 but my print receipt from the hotel was $104.72. I spoke with hotels.com concerning the discrepancy and was given excuses and told to suck it up buttercup. Very unprofessional. Suggest to book direct with the hotel instead of being cheated.

The room and bath were clean. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Counter and drawer space were more than adequate. Breakfast was good except the powdered eggs were dissapointing and tasted like cardboard. Would suggest using real eggs even if in a carton.

The tv didn't work and the front desk just gave us a remote and told us to troubleshoot it ourselves. Someone spilled their Chipotle out in front of the doors and we told them about it the night before.The front desk assured us it would get cleaned withing the hour. We left for dinner came back k and the food was still there , not only that it was there the next morning when we checked out.

Usually to welcome guests, you have decorations/flower vases in hallways. On the second floor where we stayed, there was a huge snake that is used to clean toilets, next to the elevator. I even took a picture of it. I wish there was a place to upload that photo.

Excellent hotel. Well situated near major freeway. Lots of good eateries around the hotel. Convenient. Good breakfast. Very clean hotel. Comfortable and good sized rooms. Nice shower.

I prepaid for a week at this hotel, with no reason at all the Manager checked me out on Tuesday while I was at work. When I came back all of my items were in a TRASH BAG behind the front desk and not in my room. The manager REFUSED to call me back as they were not in the building. The desk clerk handed me a trash bag and said they checked me back in so I was fine to go back to my room. Luckily, my valuables were with me when I was at work but the disrespect and illegal movement of my items was beyond unbeatable. They never responded, called or recouped anything from this situation. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Property was very clean inside and outside and I felt safe the 3 days we stayed here! Staff was friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast was very good and had different options each day. The rooms were very well kept and housekeeping made sure we had clean towels. Would definitely be staying here again if I visit colorado again!

Just OK. While the staff was helpful and friendly I thought the hotel is just OK. After checking in the 1st room door key didn't work...when back downstairs, reset, but still didn't work. New room had a few lighbulbs out. Next it was VERY noisy in the morning (guests, area & cleaning staff). I've stayed at better LaQuintas.

Very clean. Thought it was new! I didn't like being told that we couldn't leave our little puppies alone in the room. How does one go out to dinner? Are we supposed to be held hostage in the room until we leave the next morning? Our dogs are not barkers, and they also have a kennel.

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were wonderful hosts and very obliging. I have 5 children, so we booked 2 rooms with 2 adults, and we were treated with kindness. The location is walkable to several different dining options, and the bus stop is close, which is just a short ride to the light rail, connecting us to all of Denver. We had a Uhaul and were able to park it easily in their parking lot. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kids. It's not a huge hotel, but it has a free breakfast with waffle irons and eggs. I'd say the only downside is no fruit for breakfast. However, 7-11 is almost right across the street, so we took care of that easily enough. Overall, a great stay!

Bit by a bed bug, not happy. Showed the squished bed bug to the girls at the front desk. No apology, no investigation. I was bit 3x!

Unfortunately I booked the incorrect La Quinta. When I checked in I was given a room that was assigned to someone else. Open the door to see luggage on the bed. Fortunately no one was in the room.
Good breakfast and effective air conditioning. Free parking. Hall had a smell but room was good. Need some additional cleaning around the top of tub. Otherwise very clean.

I had no problems, but there was a food truck in the parking lot, which I felt would attract the wrong attention. The area seemed kinda shady, but overall I had not a single issue. Was afraid to park my car in certain spots due tonpimited lights in the parking pot.

Very nice room and clean. Parking can be difficult late during the evening or night. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat at. The worst thing about the area is TRAFFIC....plenty of it almost all the time!
