It was exactly what we were looking for a night from a quick drive down from Melbourne CBD. The room was spacious and clean and had a beautiful sunset view over the golf course. The staff was friendly and an easy checkin with Expedia booking as well. We booked half an hour before arriving and all details were ready to go at arrival. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet stay when visiting the peninsula.

Highly recommended stay. Clean and stylish room with great views (open room). Great to have mini golf included too and they were kind enough to allow us to use towels and comfy robes post checkout for the hot springs which are practically next door

A place to relax.

Loved our stay at Moonah links. Nice and close to the hot springs. Open plan room felt very secluded even though there are nearby rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Stunning views of the golf course. Only critique we have is that the split system needs a good service- filters were filthy and it struggled to warm the room.

The room had toilet roll holder almost falling off. The decor was old and dark and not all of the light switches were working. One of the towels had holes in them. Had pretty high expectations since this is considered a 4 star hotel. Quite disappointing and not worth the price we paid.

We had a one night stay. Spacious room. Would be good to have a couple of side plates and a knife for nibbles. We were surprised that there were no tissues in the bathroom. We loved the atmosphere in the bar and enjoyed the happy hour prices, food and entertainment. We had an issue with the toilet running all night so reported this on check out so hopefully it will be sorted.

Stylish, quiet and comfortable

This was a nice enough place but the rooms are pretty small. Does the job for a night but if you were planning on spending lots of time in your accommodation, I’d stay elsewhere

The room was well laid out and a good size for 2. The shower was amazing, I love the large shower head. The views from the room were great, looking out to the golf course. Unfortunately the split system in the room had an extremely loud whistle so we couldn't heat the room for any longer than a few mins. we didn't want to blast the TV up to loud incase of upsetting near by rooms. Not having tissues in the room also caused us to use the toilet rolls to blow our noses. There is no mini bar available but wasn't a big deal. I thought the breakfast was OK. Overall for the cost I was disappointed, mostly due to the split system and basic little things like tissues. Luckily the local towns are fantastic, we had some good food and bought some good wine, Cheers

Suite was a large and comfortable lounge/kitchenette and bedroom. Bathroom had high bath with shower at one end - a little awkward for older folk to step in. Needed grab rails.

The stay overall was really nice - the free shuttle service to the hot springs was excellent and well organised!

Average experience.. I have better experience with other 5 star resort. Wouldn't think best value for money. Staff are ok but facilities quite old. Gym area was hard to find and I could not find the games area. Breakfast really standard not much option.

Great place to stay & close to all what we needed. The golfing was great, the bar was nice & staff are very nice & helpful. This is our 2nd stay here & we love the location & how peaceful it is to stay here. Highly recommend to Family & Friends for a great spot to stay when you’re on the Mornington Peninsula.

I could get a bottle of wine through Vip access, but I completely forgot to ask. I think the hotel staff forgot like me. But they were very kind

The Room was luxuriously finished in a high quality fitout and was very clean. The only things that let it was the buffet breakfast was limited not many choices of fruit and lacked quality control as the croissants were burnt. It would have been nice if the fridge in the room had a small freezer section.

It was unexpected to find the room in such poor condition because of the following issues: 1. The bed mattress was sagging in the middle and the mattress was badly stained in several places 2. The carpet had stains and required cleaning 3. The chair upholstery was stained 4. The table was dirty and stained 5. The chains to operate the blinds were broken away from the wall leaving a hole exposed in the plaster 6. There was no safe to store valuables 7. There was not enough cutlery for all the guests in the restaurant at breakfast time. 8. The reception staff were inexperienced and unhelpful when I raised these issues. Perhaps my expectations were too high as I stayed at Peppers 15 years ago and the standard was much better. Based on that, I thought Peppers had a good reputation but not anymore. It is extremely overrated and not worth the charges.

nice property, good location, friendly stuff, beautiful dining experience

Comfortable room with cozy bed, pillows and linens! Amenities were also available- no good scent but serve its purpose. Just didn’t like watching 2 big daddy long leg spiders above TV making sure they stay put there.

Great location, whether you're into Golf or just want to explore the area.

The golf courses and golf staff were excellent ( especially Alex and Mick) and super helpful. Previously stayed here about 10 years ago and the hotel rooms need a little TLC. Rooms were a good size and very comfortable and had lovely large terraces overlooking the golf course. Cleaning could have been better especially in the communal areas. All the staff were good and food was ok.

It’s a golf property in the middle of nowhere. If your only there to Golf then it’s fine. We were also given a room that absolutely reeked of smoke. It’s a non-smoking room but what do you expect when you have ashtrays on every patio. To their credit they did move us to another room thankfully but this should have never happened.

Property is amazing, close by to Hot springs.

Excellent stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and really spacious. We enjoyed all the amenities and features available in the room such as the dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, stovetop etc. The price is worth the value. Would definitely stay again.

Is a nice place. However we had dinner and breakfast at the Pebbles restaurant in the resort. Was pretty average.

Everything was great! Staffs are friendly and helpful, room is very spacious. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is for the resort to provide some complimentary water bottles in the room for the guests to drink. I realised there was no drinking water available in the room after I got back very late. I had to drink the tap water.

Service was fantastic. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately, there were issues with mold in the bathroom. These issues didn’t bother us too much as we stayed there for one night only.

A really lovely place to stay close to the hot springs. Great room overlooking the golf courses. Staff were always smiling, helpful and welcoming.
