Ive been coming up here for years and have tried a few different places but was impressed with how clean the room is. Bed is very comfortable, nice hot shower in a bathroom that appears to have been done over recently. On the plus side its owned by Clark's. Our trash was changed daily.
This place definitely left a good impression on me for I booked with them again for next year before I even left this time.

The room was great. Very clean. Kept up very well. I loved the white noise machine provided.
Only concern is security. We got our keys by opening a box and getting an envelope with our name on it that had the keys in it. Anyone could have gotten the key.

This property inside and outside was incredibly clean and the outdoor area was well kept and well laid out. It is right next door to Clark's Trading Post so no need to drive if you spent a day doing those activities. The staff was also very helpful in providing a list of other things to do in the area. I'd be more than happy to book here again for the next time that I take a trip to the area.

It is very clean. Kids had fun in the pool.
The only thing I would say to make it better is mattress toppers because the beds are very firm.

It had some good qualities just the beds were not what I thought they should be and the bathrooms were very small to get into. I am handicap with a wheelchair and I felt like I described to the gentleman. I talked to as to find out make sure I had a handicap accessible room OK it was not. It looked good in someways, but will I ever stay there again no.

We arrived late to our destination, and our key was waiting in a box for us we had one of the little cottages and it was absolutely adorable. Super clean super inviting. This place is right along the river with a cute little pool. Highly recommend would definitely stay again.

We got here around 11:00 p.m. just to sleep for a couple hours before starting The Pemi loop hike. Check in was easy as they left an envelope with the key by the office. The motel was conveniently located 10 minutes from the trailhead and the price was very reasonable for one nights stay.

My stay was great. The room was spacious but felt like home. The bathroom was large and the room was well equipped. I loved the binder with the details of the area. There was no street noise and the property is beautiful.

We booked for two nights and stayed a third too. And if time permitted, we would have booked a 4th and a 5th! The location is superb and centrally located in the White Mountains (we hiked the Lonesome Lake trail and the Franconia Ridge trail loop). Randy and Jonathan are perfect hosts, who dealt very well with our coffee addiction and brought us additional cups every morning. Rooms are clean and spacious, with some very good restaurant options nearby (El Charro with a great house Margarita, and the Woodstock Brewery Inn).

Seamless self check-in and check-out. Very nice to have baseboard heating. Clean room with all amenities expected: microwave, fridge, coffee machine, etc. Close to attractions.

The person at the check in office was super nice! Love the cute little rooms. We booked to stay the evening after our outting at the ice castles (which was absolutely amazing!) and we didn’t realize that we were right next to Clark’s trading post, which we found super cool! We will definitely be back in the spring or summer when Clark’s is open!
