Can’t beat the location. Lighting was overly complex, and could have really used some kind of low night lighting. Overall it was unique and worth checking out.

Hotel staff were all fantastic. View of the Matterhorn from the room's balcony. Architecture and art was very interesting and cool. All of that created an amazing experience.

Laura was very accommodating with assisting us getting to the hotel as our flight didn’t get into Geneva till 8pm and there was a three hour train ride to get to Zermatt. She arrange our taxi and everything went so smooth. Thank you Laura. Overall great stay and the food was lovely.

Very unique and clean!

Enjoyed our stay here as it was central to downtown Zermatt. The breakfast buffet included was nice and so was the spa access inclusion for guests. The room, was ok. Beds were comfortable. The complaint is in the layout of the room - it’s small and there is no privacy from the bathroom to the bedroom which makes it uncomfortable if you’re staying with others. The patios are very close to one another and that also makes it very uncomfortable if you have people who smoke staying next to you. The deck outside of our room felt unsafe to be on, it definitely needs to be repaired before someone gets hurt and the room air conditioning was the worst I’ve experienced for the price I payed for the hotel. Otherwise - staff were great, super kind.

Personal súper nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and located near shops and restaurants (walking distance). The rooms are super cozy. The spa is included in the price of the room and it is about experiencing the creation. You will love it. Breakfast is also included and it is delicious and has variaty. Love staying there

What a fabulous hotel. Beautifully designed with great attention to design detail. Superb location, very comfortable rooms. We unfortunately didn’t have time to use the spa but it looked lovely. One minor point was that the bath towels were a bit on the small side, which was slightly at odds with the general opulence of the hotel. The staff were charming, capable and friendly.

Your property is so unique and lovely. Our "Stars and Sky" Suite was just pure beauty! Everything was just stellar! The Spa was a treat for all the senses. WELL DONE! We just loved the artistic flare. We will return for sure!

The wellness centre is amazing! lots of relaxing rooms and great hot tub. Location is quite central. Hotel is super modern and rooms are well designed. Luxury hotel!

Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner, amenities, restaurant, and overall staff was superb. My only complaint is of the staff member in charge of the spa facilities, he was a little rude.

We (my wife, me and our dog!) stayed for two nights in one of the suites on the top floor - the room was massive and had amazing views! It was quite handy having a kitchen plus a nice telescope. We used the spa too which was great. Breakfast was nice and the property is centrally located. They also provided a shuttle to and from the station free of charge. Would highly recommend staying here!

My partner and I enjoyed this hotel. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco while the staff delivered out bags to our room. We stayed in the cube suite. While unconventional (elevated loft in the center of the room with an open concept bathroom below) the room layout did grow on us. Although, the large bathtub does not fill fast enough at all. The large balcony was amazing. The themed spa was also very enjoyable but it is only open from 1pm-9pm which is a bit limiting. The quality of the hotel (room and spa) was slightly below a true luxury hotel, but we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful, beautiful artistic and architectural experience! The service was incredible, as was the food. We did one night at After Seven and the food was incredible (currently has one Michelin star), and every day the breakfast buffet was top notch. The rooms are really interesting, an incredible efficient use of space, although perhaps more architecturally pleasing and interesting than comfortable partly due to the size, and partly due to the fact that the shower and the toilet are essentially in the same room just separated by glass. However that was only a minor inconvenience for us, the location is perfect, a short walk from the train station and a short walk to all the gondolas/trains to go skiing. The bar is also amazing, but because of Corona was closed. Would definitely visit again!

Also it was problems with the heat in our room, it was super annoying. And design is great, but not for a vacation. It was really annoying to get to restroom in our room and floors are cold. I would recommend it for pictures and restaurant, but not for a stay.
