The room was cramped with hardly enough space for two bags. It was difficult to move around the room without tripping over something. The en-suite bathroom was also very cramped and was actually built into what appeared to be a large cupboard.
We stayed two nights. After the first night of our stay the tea cups in the room were not washed.
The first morning we had to wait until 8.45am for breakfast as there were not enough tables in the dining area.
The accommodation was far too expensive for what was offered.

Beautiful property! Our first B&B stay ever (after 30+ years of constant travel) and the bar is set very high. Spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful, wonderful breakfasts, and even a friendly dog out back to scratch.

Great location from the town. Very cute place to stay. Lovely rooms and owners. Very accommodating, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A little heads up for those who find it difficult to do stairs as there are a lot without any alternative but that is common in the area.

We arrived to find that we were not expected; there was no booking in the system;
They kindly offered me tea and WiFi while I sorted it all out with Hotels.com. That took over an hour

The whole experience was very good, the room was compact but had everything you need, it was comfortable and clean the breakfast was very good and a good selection the hosts were very good and happy to help , you could walk into town in about 10 minutes, i would be happy to recommend this property

This is an excellent place to stay in Conwy. Jenny, the host, is gracious and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. It's a very short walk into town and there is onsite parking. Definitely recommend staying here.

This location is easy walking distance from the downtown area. You need to call or email the owners in advance, however, if you plan to walk there from the train station because the route involves a shortcut through a parking lot to an underpass and doesn't show up on Google maps.
The rooms are small and there isn't much storage space, but the facility is attractive and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is excellent.

Friendly hosts, very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, free parking, wonderful made to order breakfast. We stayed in room 4. It had 2 twin beds. When I booked it said private bathroom, yes it's private but down the hall from your room, not ensuite so be aware. It worked out ok for us but really would rather have the bath ensuite.Easy to walk to town.

This is a lovely Guest house . Lovely people that run it, we arrived quite late on the Friday night & the made us most welcome . Nice room lovely view . Breakfast also very nice they cook anything you like off the menu. We would definately stay here again .

Excellent place to stay, lovely big room and bathroom which appeared newly decorated and spotless. Fabulous breakfast cooked to order, well stocked coffee/tea facilities and no problem asking for extra coffee and tea bags.

The B&B is in a great spot away from the hustle and bustle of Conwy but close enough to walk in. The off road parking is a big bonus.
The owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was great.
My only niggle was that the mattress and pillows (room 1) were too hard so we didn't sleep too well.
I would stay again but chose a different room.

Stayed in Room 2 , views were lovely and as described Easy walk into conwy. Bedroom was immaculatly clean to very high standard . We were taken by the .little extra touches , ie water bottle , and bottle opener , hairdryer and bathroom toiletries, the shower was lovely running hot water, clean towels ,
The breakfast was cooked well we had the full Welsh and no complaints , cereals and juice also yogurts available .
Bedroom had a fan and we also had free WiFi.

A fantastic welcome from my hosts. A lovely evening watching the sun go down from the garden. A great breakfast and interesting guests to talk to. A memorable stay in Conwy. Highly recommended

great stay.owners were lovely,couldn't of been any more helpful.free parking available. room was spotlesly clean.breakfast was amazing, nice fresh fruits,choice of cereals,juices,yogurts and a cooked selection all freshly made to order. only 10 minute walk to town. will visit again.
