What 4 star hotel could not have a refrigerator and phone in their rooms. The funny thing is that they have a room service but not have a phone in the room to call. You need to go down and ask them for the room service.

Great room but unfortunately was the A/C broken in the building/room and we got 25°c I the room at night and morning with was not so nice.

Excellent location next to the train station (20 min ride to Arlanda and 40 min to Stockholm). Clean rooms and staff extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen with an amazing selection of hot and cold options

The location is very convenient, across the central station and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shop, etc. The room and bathroom were clean but too warm and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted from the room. They provide as with a small, noisy fan. The buffet breakfast was included in the reservation and we enjoyed a great buffet with quality food and good variety the first two days. For the third day, we should check out one hour before breakfast hours and, at the time of the check in, the front desk employee offered us a "packed" breakfast. She asked if we had any allergies and we explained that one person cannot eat peanuts. She said that it was not a problem and that the breakfast will include sandwich among other stuff. We really appreciated her offer and happily accepted. However, when checking out, we picked up the breakfast bag and there was no sandwich, a piece of bread or even a cracker in the bag. We got an apple with a small juice and yogurt (photo). When we asked for the sandwich, they said that everything in the kitchen had peanut contamination was also frozen... We were not expecting a big or fancy sandwich but we don't believe that all breads, cheese and crackers in the kitchen were frozen. We were very disappointed with the response from the front desk person. In addition, the lid for the container was not properly closed and the juice spelled on the bag. Overall, it was a good option for a hotel in Uppsala

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting friends. Superb location just next to the train station - great after a long day travelling with kids. Location is super for everything you need to do and see in Uppsala too. We are in the restaurant on the first night after a busy day and it’s a great menu with good kids choices. We travelled as a family of young children (7&4) and the staff were amazing with them. It’s got great touches like a small play area made under the stairs that’s visible from the restaurant - perfect to let them play whilst having another beer. Breakfast was super and a great range - only slight criticism would be that the hot breakfast was a bit uninspiring - but this was made up for by all the other cold options. Room was great, we had 4 beds made up for us and it was a little tight with not a huge amount of storage but we managed fine using our bags. Bathroom was brill and the underfloor heating was a nice touch. We’ve stayed in Radissons a couple of times now and they’ve always been exactly what we need for a family city break.

The hotel is next to the train station which was very convenient. The restaurants were were also very close to the hotel. I had a great experience staying in this hotel!

It’s a really nice hotel and we have stayed here plenty of times throughout the years, it’s a shame that the service this time was so mediocre. All other times we have stayed here the staff have been above and beyond amazing, and the rooms have been beautiful. This time around, I’m not sure what happened but the staff at check in was just non-existent and it was chaos in the restaurant. I really want to give it another chance because we have so many great memories from wonderful stays at this hotel.

Very convenient for the train. A super breakfast offer. Charming staff. Also, I was lucky as I had a room on the top floor with a balcony and I really enjoyed the beautiful skies and the view of the city.

Excellent, new(ish) hotel at a central location. Extremely comfortable and clean. Decent enough breakfast. No free parking, as should be expected in the city center, but a spacious parking structure directly under the hotel.

It was difficult to figure out how to get suitcases upstairs to the front door. Signage would help. We had to circle around the back. Otherwise all was great.

Staff was always genuinely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate special requests.

Quite small room, nice balcony. Strange set up with an open view from the bathroom to the room. One sliding door in the toilet/shower - no privacy or sound insulation. Toilet floor gets wet when somebody is taking a shower. Bed and pillow fairly soft. Breakfast was nice, easy parking in the garage opposite the hotel.

Reception staff were very friendly & helpful. A shoutout to Ida for her assistance. We had a standard room with a balcony with a city view. It was a 23 m sized room. The room was very hot as it got the western sun. A fan was already in the room which was good but I am glad we were not there in summer. We had the fan on each night. The room was clean, the bed comfortable & the pillows as I like. The breakfast was included & it was one of the best breakfasts on offer during our Nordic holiday. The location was ideal as we had a car while in Uppsala & the parking station was across the road from the hotel.

For the price this was not worth it. Nothing special. They had a relax room with chairs and tables and a sauna. I did not see anyone use it. Then in the room, there is totally open from toilet to bed. Only cover is a glass slide door. Not the best if you are 2. Second was that breakfast was really disappointing. Dry bread, bacon without taste. Egss you could choose between hard boiled eggs and really hard boilded eggs. They call it 6 or 9 minutes eggs. No sausage to scramble eggs and bacon. Instead they had sticky rice, beans, brocoli and fried potatoes. I was not a fan. I had expected more for the price of the hotel. But very friendly staff.
