Floor was dirty never mopped. If you walk barefoot you foot will be black because how the floor never mopped. Sheets never changed, they only changed when requested. Towels and linen not hotels towels and look dirty and stained. My house is cleaner than this hotel. Rooms should not be worth over than a $100 fjd . This is like motels or lodge standards. Not worth my $ and not going to return here

Super convenient close to markets and town

Since the travel schedule was decided late, there weren't many accommodations available, so I decided on Capricorn, which had the best reviews. But I was more satisfied than I expected. First of all, the location was very convenient, and the rooms was clean and safe. I was satisfied with the bathroom, and although there were ants in the sink, it was okay. The harbor view from the room was so beautiful. The only downside was that one hair dryer was provided for each of the two rooms. Recommended for those traveling in Suva!

My cousin and I spent 4 nights at the Capricorn Hotel in Suva. We were amazed at the great service, the self contained room they put us in was on the ground floor (easy access to reception and main entrance). A queen and double bed came with a good sized fridge/freezer, a microwave, toaster, cutlery, an iron, hairdryer & all facilities in working order. The professional & super friendly manager & staff made our stay a memoriable one. We highly recommend this accommodation close to all amenities. We learnt at our family reunion that some of our families who booked into other accomodation had problems with electricity and the place they stayed at were run down with some broken facilities. We felt safe with the 24/7 security at the premises and on one occasion we arrived late afternoon and had no parking space and the lovely manager moved her car, so that we could park in her reserved space and told us to remove the cones and park in her spot if ever we needed to...I mean where in the world? you would get great service and kindness like that from a manager. Thanks heaps to the manager and staff of Capricorn Hotel, you're all doing an amazing job & we will surely be back next time we visit Suva "100 percent"

Worst customer service ever and the manager at the front desk is very rude and she doesn’t know how to talk to her staff or her customers. The room had ants and dirty water in the sink. She used the left over stuff left behind by other customers to refill her own front desk coffee and cleaning stations

Amazing view and convenience to main shopping center. Comfy bed. Bench in kitchen old/stained. TV works occasionally. Overall nice.

Very convenient location with a short walk into Suva CBD. Shame the pool bar was under renovation, although the evening breeze was a bit cool when we were there :)

Helpful friendly staff clean hotel

The property is right at the city. This property is great for family as the room is spacious. But the towels are really old and with stains. I had to have it switch and the lady at the front wasn’t impressed. The elder lady at the front with nice and hopeful. All the other lady’s wasn’t as friendly and welcoming

What I really like about the property is the sea view, looking down the Suva down town its so beautiful. One morning I woke up and was amazed to see a tourist boat berthing at the Suva Wharf. Its really an amazing feeling and looking down at the high story buildings, I was thrilled. I hope to come back again when there is another opportunity.

Nice place

Lovely room and friendly staff and would stay again. Close to town, shops, markets and bus station. Be great if pool hours were extended from 7 a.m to 8 p.m. There is no lift to floors 2 and 3 for the aged or those with disabilities. 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 and could sleep 4. Gas hob for cooking was great.Value for money and would recommend for those wanting to be in the centre of Suva and near services.

Its a great place, i like the size of my room. And the view from my room looking over suva city. The only downfall was no elevators and no taxi or transport services from the hotel. Although they lack in transportaion services, it is literally a 2minute walk down to the city and taxis and bus services are everywhere. The people working there are soo lovely and hardworking 😍 i enjoyed my stay overall 🤗

Cute boutique style older hotel that's been remodeled. Comfy bed and nice space in room. There was not a cafe or restaurant but just some snacks for purchase.
