I requested (through Expedia chat) early check-in a couple of days prior to my arrival and when I reached the hotel they said that Expedia did not inform or communicate that to them. Now I am not sure whether it was Expedia or WelcomHotel issue but I had to wait for more than 90 minutes to get a room.

Not good

This Hotel is centrally located and having a superstore in the basement. Service was excellent. I travelled both in Europe and USA, and stayed in branded hotels, however, I found the rooms were comparatively much smaller than the room size of this ITC hotel. Room and bathroom are very clean and well maintained. Hotel has an excellent restaurant. I will definitely consider staying in the same hotel when I visit Delhi again.

Staff are polite and always eager to help. Room and Bathroom are very well maintained. Restaurant in the hotel provides variety of Indian/continental food. Quality of food and service are very good. Construction is going on the site and there may be a noise during day time. Overall experience - very good.

Service was terrible, had to call the hotel 4 times just to book a airport pickup, first three times my call was diverted to some person and then that person was asking us to call back again, also hotel needs major upgrades.

Good hospitality always at this property. Super clean and super friendly staff. Took some extra time to check in because of Expedia's fault for not having sent the intimation to the hotel for our booking. But hote staff was friendly and they helped us upgrade our room. So overall good experience.

Nice place but too much regulations

Hotel in pathetic condition, always under renovation. Except staff everything is pathetic, i am really surprised to see ITC is calling it there property, if they really want to keep ITC image, remove your collaboration with this property.

Everything was good. However, I would recommend the hotel to introduce western food on choice.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable and service staff is very prompt when it comes to customer requests! Upon checking in, I noticed that the room had a blue rug all around the bed. Being allergic to dust mites, I get allergic symptoms close to used carpeting, rugs! The hotel promptly removed the carpet once I told them about it. Cleaning staff is amazing and they give you plenty of towels and at least 8 small bottles of natural spring water every time they clean the room. On the negative side, the breakfast menu hardly ever changes. I had stayed for a week but got tired of seeing the same things at breakfast everyday. Secondly, the hotel has a thick-pile carpet in the hallways of each floor. Given that the entire hotel interior is covered by a glass roof, allergens and dust mites can build up in the hallway carpets and those are impossible to remove/clean! The hotel should get rid of the hallway carpets and replace those with a tile surface.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Food was expensive while using room service. Breakfast bar was nice. Rooms were clean. Quite and peaceful to sleep.

Renovation of the property is under process, outside look of the hotel is shabby, the pictures were showed on your website was very old and not near to current reality

Food is great, one of the best we had in Delhi hotel.

Translucent bathroom walls are the biggest disappointment. I was unable to control the room thermostat, it was extremely cold and got me sick. Dispite calling several times and fixing (so called) the issue room was freezing, finally I had to turn off the thermostat. No room for hanging clothes, such a tiny closet at the entrance of the room which I couldn’t use properly for my clothes. Phone are collecting dust, I had to clean it before use. Table was also dirty. After taking shower, water was everywhere, drain system is bad (I had personally complained about this).

this hotel location is near to AP around 10-15 mins by car if there is no traffic jam . there is a strict security when u want to go into hotel feel very safety.and all the staffs are very friendly and nice :)

The check in process was very slow . Took 15 mins to check in when all the money was paid and everything . They were scanning the passports and took them forever. When we checked out at 3 am , the lobby was full of mosquito killing smoke . It was impossible to breath. They did not even put a sign or gave us mask . Apart from these stay was fine

The gluten free menu was more limited than in other hotels. What we ate was tasty though. Staff and the chef were very helpful!

Staff were very helpful & respectful of the needs. The only issue was their updating of menu pricing as they recently changed their pricing on food & alcohol but haven’t updated their online menu.
