The wifi/cell service was terrible but otherwise great location to get to every places we needed in grove

Rooms were very clean.

This was a pleasant surprise. The hotel looks a little old on the exterior, but the maintenance is kept up, and the rooms are clean. When the room is advertised non-smoking, it actually is smoke free! Beds are average in comfort. The pool was clean and refreshing. Close to boat rentals dining and shopping

If I could give them zero stars I would, I do not recommend at all. Front desk receptionist was not friendly at checking in, I was charged an additional $20 after getting asked how many people were with me, I’m not sure if that’s normal I’ve never been charged extra like that before, so whatever maybe it’s a thing. Then a roach crawled across my daughters pillow, we let the front desk know how disgusting this was & all they did was say it’s because it’s an outside hotel???? What??? The a/c in our room barely worked, the light in our bathroom was out & the front desk only offered the extra $20 they charged back.

They advertised breakfast. Breakfast was dry cereal, cold packaged sausage biscuits and juice or coffee. We ended up going out to breakfast.

I would like to thank the management for allowing an earlier check-in and a later check-out for us. The room was as described. The pool was clean and nice.

Liked the area Had flies in room, well it must have killed at least 20. Either they wete getting in thru ac or when the staff was cleaning they left door open and flies came in.

Clean room and good front desk service. The walls are PAPER THIN. We heard our neighbors all night long.

The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. I left my sweater there without noticing. Called back to find it there. They were very concerned.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable room. The complementary breakfast was pretty limited, but it was okay. The staff was friendly and attentive. Would stay there again.

The bed was excellent - the main deal in a hotel stay. Location was not the best.

There are breakfast was awful. In fact, I wouldn’t even call it a breakfast. And for $230 a night it was actually a terrible place.

Floor of room was nasty, sticky. The breakfast was merely cereal and muffins in a wrapper to be microwaved. The apple juice had particles of yuk in it. The room had a musty smell. Very disappointing. Charged big hotel money for less than adequate accommodation.

we just use hotels to sleep after work, get up the next day and do it all over again. for that purpose it was fine. we had a maintenance issue, they fixed it that day. Good job. breakfast was only dry cereal. this could use some work. we will stay here our next time in Grove or that area.

This place was so very comfortable and clean along being in a great location.

The pictures on the website were nothing like the room. The only positive thing I can say is it was quiet.

This was a motel, not a hotel. Toilet seat was loose. Room was ok

This was an interesting experience. No hairs in the bed or bathroom that I saw (which is often the struggle even with nice chains). But the lack of common maintenance cleaning in the bathroom was a major disappointment. The fan on the ceiling was caked with dust. The toilet paper holder is outdated and recessed into the wall, with dead bugs and months or years of grime in it. It nicely complimented the screws in the switch plate that were missing paint, the three of the four that were there anyway. Also the tub has a lovely feature that allows the shower water to fill up while you shower so not to waste any down the drain. Don’t mind the caulking at the base of the toilet, while it appears dark brown, I’m sure it was white when they applied it. The nooks and crannies were all grimy which is due in part to not cleaning during a guest’s stay. They were up front about that and while not offering to clean on request, they will issue you more towels if needed. The front door into the room was warped with weatherstripping coming off so there’s some air gap with light visible. Never mind that the door itself hasn’t been scrubbed since George W was in the white house. I don’t know if the gap contributed to the fact that even with the door shut, there are an average of 12 flies that find their way in with gnats and other summer fly creatures to land on ur face as you lay under your stain ridden blanket. Please come visit Grove and stay at Days Inn. You haven’t experienced true luxury.

Had a quick two night stay. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioner was great. Showers remained hot. Great place if you need a place to crash after a day of activities. Only downside was the selection for breakfast. Two cereals, packaged blue berry muffins and microwavable sausage and biscuits.

I had to wait 20 minutes before anyone came to the front desk to check me in. No lights on in lobby. Toilet was not secured to the floor. Cheaply ran but has high rates.

Nice room, a little extra cleaning needed

Last minute get-away. Desk clerk was friendly upon our late night arrival. Room was clean and sufficient. Great location!

This hotel is surprising. Older hotel with individual outside door access. From first sight a little sketchy but rooms have been remodeled and kept up nicely. Host is not the friendliest but still good and breakfast was extremely limited.
