Everything in the room is as you would expect from any hotel; however, there were a lot of strange noises from the heating and plumbing that made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I also heard many others complain about it during breakfast. They were doing some remodeling but these noises had nothing to do with it, when the heater turned off it would cause a loud thumping sound, and the plumbing would have a very frequent rumble sound to it that was very noticeable and loud enough to make falling to sleep difficult for me.

The hotel is under construction. No handicapp entrance. Jackhammer ran until 6:00 pm then fire alarm went off due to construction error.

This is our go-to place when we are in Port Orange. The staff treats you like family. Some areas were being remodeled but it did not affect our stay.

The people staying next to us were overly loud. Our room was on the end and starting at 4:00 am, people started SLAMMING the side entrance door. The wall that our headboard was on shook everything the door slammed. Then at 6:00 am, a couple of people decided to have a very LOUD, laughing reunion in the hallway. Terrible night’s sleep!

The front desk was so comforting. Going through our first evacuation to be safe from Hurricane Milton. The only sad thing was I wish it was not full. There was no availability for a 2nd and 3rd night.

1 working ice maker.....not convenient at all. Slowest elevators in history. Hot breakfast was nice. Comfy bed. Needs cable or satellite TV

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and they kept coffee hot and ready throughout the evening and following morning. Highly recommended!

Front desk attendant, Michael, was absolutely a gem and super helpful and accomodating. He made a great first impression. The hotel itself is pretty run down though. Carpet thru the hallways was very dirty along with the stairs. The entire place has a pungent smell throughout. Our sofa in our room had soiled arms from wear/use. Wouldn't stay again. Booked it off of reviews and was really surprised to find it so "tired."

My husband and I always stay here when we visit Florida. It’s close to everything but far enough away from the noise of A1A. The hotel is clean and comfortable and no rift raft. Our shower and toilet were fixed within an hour after notifying the front desk. We didn’t have to switch rooms. They are pet friendly (each side of the hotel you can take your dog out). Most hotels that are pet friendly have no grass. Odd! The hot tub was wonderful and their pool as always is spectacular!

All of the staff were very nice, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel was super clean. My family was impressed. The pool was great and the pool hours were the best ever. The lady who checked us in was so patient and sweet. The gentleman at breakfast was so helpful. Best hotel experience ever!

Our experience was not as good as other s rated this property. Upon entering the lobby area you realize the need for updating. Additionally, you immediately detect a distinct smell that feels unclean. Upon going to the elevator and into the hallway the carpeting appears and looks dirty. The room and specifically the bedding did not seem or smell fresh. The bathroom was clean with the exception of the shower curtain which was stained. The “free” hot breakfast was not very appetizing as the powdered eggs were watery. The best part of the meal was the coffee and the waffles. I would not recommend this property.

Front desk staff was very nice. Mike was really cool rooms were clean and fresh. Pool was nice and clean. The only thing is that they have to keep an eye on the barbecue because it was disgusting and filthy.

Beds were not very comfortable. They were high plus not very firm. Hard to sit on side of bed and you feel like you are sliding off. (May be because we are only 5’ to 5’4” tall).

Had to change rooms because sheets weren’t clean. The night clerk upgraded the room but he looked exhausted-understaffed? I’m happy to say the room carpets have been swapped for vinyl tile but the rest looks out-dated.

Everything was great until we opened up the sofa bed blood was on the pillow cases and just made me think. Does house keeping does check out property. Overall the staff and stay great

No one would clean the rooms the time we were there. As soon as we arrive at the hotel the room was very dusty. There’s also an employee that serves breakfast he is extremely rude to everyone having breakfast I definitely would not like to stay there again I also don’t recommend this hotel.

I live close to the hotel and my AC died. I called before I booked because I have a toddler and need a crib. I called before booking and they said crib was available. When I got to the Hotel, person in front desk didn’t know hotels had cribs. Obviously no crib

Great customer service at the check in counter. Pool is a little small but is open til mid night. Room was very clean and did not smell like the older FL hotels.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The kids loved the pool and breakfast daily. It’s a short drive to the beach and close to everything you need in a great part of Port Orange. The staff is always amazing and so great to our kids. This was our second year staying the week of the 4th and it did not disappoint. Will definitely be back next year. ❤️

I was pleased with the stay, however when I arrived it was obvious that they are big on being pet friendly. I asked for a room that had not been used for pets and they said they had no rooms that they separate for that. Since I am highly allergic to pets, it worried me that I had booked the wrong property. However it turned out that I didn’t get sick and was very satisfied. Other than that, all was good.

We asked to change rooms because of a strange smell and they changed us immediately and all was well. Breakfast was average but it was fine.
