Totality disappointed we book room with breakfast at the time of breakfast they said it will chargeable we have talk to hotels.com they said send us breakfast bill we will return the amount and we haven’t received amount yet

The person on the front desk was very rude. The rooms were not ready at the check-in time, and the front desk staff did nothing to expedite the checkin process. He made us wait for 45 minutes. And then alloted us a smoking room which smelled like cigarettes. The staff didn't even apologize once for the inconvenience we faced.

Room not upto the mark specially toilet. All things is out dated

I liked the location of the hotel, close to restaurants and shops. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and restaurant.

Firstly I booked this hotel looking at the reviews, it’s quite disappointing to see that they didn’t care about their customers at all. We requested for rooms next to each other, we had booked our rooms months in advance, when we checked in they gave us rooms in separate areas. There was no Hot Water for days that we stayed here, it was quite cold here in Delhi and it was quite frustrating as we are not used to the cold and all we requested was for hot water. It was not provided. We are throughly disappointed with the service.

This is NOT a 4 star but more like 1 star hotel. Expedia should really do their due diligence. Expedia charged us several times more than the local rates for this terrible room.

It was average in its class but, compared to the other nearby hotels this definitely is better.

I never ended up staying but I got email that I am checked in

Excellent value for money and gorgeous rooftop pool. Far out from the centre in a not particularly interesting area but that will be why the price is good for the value. Check in took a while.

But will most likely stay again. The mall next door is very handy with plenty of good shops and a good food court. Hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating.

Arrived early morning. I had booked the day before so we could come right to the hotel after 24 hours I airports and flying. Arrived at hotel at about 3am. Took about one hour to get checked in. Hotel was fine and the restaurant was excellent. Restaurant staff were incredible and very attentive. Rooms were clean. Internet is slow but usable.

It was a good hotel, but many thing in the room were "broken" or not working. The wooden floor in one of the rooms was cracked, most of the A/C outlets were damaged and the shower's handle was barely attached to the wall.

The hotel staff has a very bad attitute i complained Bout the doom condition they were leat bothered even one of there staff member told me that "you havr not booked tge hotel directly from us so i cant do anything about it". I wai shocked. When it came to the room We booked a sweet and i stayed in room number 805 the room was so bad WC sheet was brooken, water drain in thr baathroom was broken even very dangerous, there was no toiletries provided , no robe, no slippers , T.V. was not working properly . Even the size of T.V. is very small, same thing is with the bathroom very small you can,t turn inside the baathroom while taking bath. Now let me tell you about there breakfast, breakfast doesn't have much varieties and even there staff who were suppose to greet you were talking themselves. Front end staff is so bad that you can tell that they are not standing at the counter to provide service to customers but its seems like they are standing there as if they are under some punishment. Friends believe me if you are spending money and if you you need value for your money plz dont stay in this hotel

JET WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY but could be corrected so will recommend but the staff should better take care of all this

I like everything except the service at front desk and the restaurant.

Very good room well equipped to make your own coffee/tea apart making toasts and making even your ready to cook food.

Reception was fast and efficient. The room itself was nice - decently sized, couple of armchairs, small table, fairly big desk and chair, and a large LCD TV with a good cable TV selection. There was ample wardrobe space and in an-room safe. The bathroom was bright and clean, with a nice selection of toiletries. Everything was in good condition

Overall good hotel to stay.
