Location surprising perfect for our needs as only a few steps away from a regular tram straight to Zuid. From there you can get anywhere. Or stay on and go straight into town. Room was nice. Shower temp went up and down which was a slight pain and the mattress had a slight roll into the centre but was acceptable, just. Wifi fantastic and continental breakfast more than ample. Not the cheapest but when Taylor Swift is in town, no where is.

Good hotel and good room. Close to the tramway so you can easily go to Amsterdam. Overall, a good stay!

Whilst the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood it is directly under the flight path for Schiphol airport. There is also a construction project opposite the hotel - but this appears quiet at weekends. The rooms are allegedly air conditioned - but ours never worked, so we had the window open. (We did report this issue.). The rooms themselves are a reasonable size and come with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. Breakfast is included - a simple buffet of tea, coffee, fruit juices, breakfast cereal, bread, cold meats and cheese; the hot selection limited to boiled eggs and hash browns. Reception staff are helpful and can book excursions and store luggage before checking in and after checking out. There is a parade of shops adjacent to the hotel and two supermarkets. The tram stop Van Boshuizenstraat is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and is served by the 25 (goes to Amsterdam Zuid/South) and the 5 (goes to Amsterdam Zuid and the museum quarter). It's one stop from Zuid to the airport. I'd recommend getting a travelcard from Centraal or Schiphol stations. When arriving from Zuid you can exit the tram to the right and cross the road by the Albert Heijn supermarket - the hotel is located behind the supermarket.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. The rooms are large enough, with ample room for luggage. The daily breakfast is very good. Proximity to the tram station and grocery stores are both very convenient options. Overall, a very pleasant stay and will definitely recommend.

The staff were really helpful. It is the 4 Holiday in. express that we stayed at in Netherlands. All were the exact same. We like the that! Rooms are very clean and up to date.

My family had a pleasurable stay. First, it was one of the few hotels to offer a 3-bedroom room. The location between Schipol airport and the city center was very convenient for accessing, arriving, and leaving. There are plenty of grocery shops around the hotel. The staff was always prompt to help with any request. I want to personally thank Rachelle, Maks, Sergio, Sara and Alex for making our stay to adorable.

Every time I visit Amsterdam, I always like staying at this property for it location and the staff's attention to detail. They are always helpful and go iver and beyond to make tou feel qelcomed. Amsterdam Zuid is one stop from Schipol Airport and that is very convenient. The number 5 tram will take you straight to Leidseplein, which is home to many great pubs with outdoor seating and a cozy atmosphere. Hands down, this property has an A in my book!

When we came into the room in December (outside Temp 0 degree Celsius) the room was not heated and hat 16 degrees Celsius (which seemed to be no surprise to the front desk). When turning on the heating it turned out the heating was broken. After notifying the front desk we got a heater and extra blankets for the room which made it better but it was still not very cosy in the room. Service depended a lot on the shifts. Some were very nice and helpful.

BAD EXPERINCE

Great location. Quiet. STaff very helpful. Breakfast OK...constantly had to ask staff to replenish kosher items but they responded quickly. Front desk helpful. Rooms clean and updated but TV channel selection poor. Rooms small. Common areas were dirty. Vacuuming should take place daily.

Staffs are very nice and room is very clean which above my expectations

TV was out of order. Receptionist was one only despite long queue align, maybe due to my night arrival. Breakfast was acceptance level, not fantastic. Location is fine and quiet.

Bed Bugs alerts. We were attacked by lots of bedbugs at this hotel. We were sent to another room that was dirty and later found more bed bugs in. In the end left the hotel but only got refunded for the nights that we didn't stay. By principle alone they should have refunded it all.

We were caught up in the UK flight problems and had to find accommodation. Holiday Inn is a company we knew we could rely on. Easy to book. Staff were very accommodating to our unusual needs. No suitcase, no toiletries, no spare clothes, no plug adapter, no phone charger.

Easy access to Tram Metro. On Central Station in 1/2 hour. Also a lot of local shops nearby the hotel. Breakfast is not worth travelling for but adequate.

Average - expensive - just OK.

Convenient location with easy access to public transportation and great breakfast.

Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable beds. Modern interior, looks new. Only downside was breakfast. Continental but with limited choice but the food offered was fresh and tasty. To get to Amsterdam Central, catch a tram which is located end of street from hotel to Zuid then catch a metro from Zuid to Amsterdam Central. Excellent fair prices.

Great value for money. Nice hotel in a good location, only a 15-20 minute tram ride to centre of Amsterdam. Room was clean, tidy and functional. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Very nice stay. Kosher breakfast was poor. 1st day only white bread and second day no croissants. Very little choice for someone who needs chalov israel.

Staff was excellent, beyond excellent! Room was small but met my needs.
