We were happy with the size of the room. If you just want a base while in London it’s very good for that

Terrible. Breakfast is the worst have every had, not english breakfast just snacks considering the money paid, Room was too small, no table to work, no water, drink or coffee, shower not great.

Was a good stay. Staff were very helpful when I had a problem. Room was smaller than I have had before but comfortable never the less. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my balance on stairs is not great. Thus I always hold on to the banister rail. The central stairs down to the breakfast room has no rail on the last part. It would be a great help to people such as me if the hotel could put on a rail preferably on both sides in that short run of about a dozen steps.

I was overall OK with the stay and the location is good (close to the relatively centrally located metro/train/bus station). The check in, though, is quite late - 3PM, while the check out is quite early - 11h, so you are forced to walk around with the bags instead of to be able to leave them at hotel upon your arrival. Also, the room was quite small and those who have a suitcase would not fit in - it's so small! What especially annoyed me were two things - somebody from the personnel tried to enter the room while I was sleeping! (You don't have a system to check who is in the room and when?) And second thing, even if you stayed in hotel for a number of days and checked out, they would still want to charge you 3 GBP in order to keep your (even) small bag for couple of hours in the backoffice before your flight... come on... You are not supposed to gain profit from literally everything just because you could or might...

Lovely place to stay and great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big enough for our stay, just a shame that the air conditioning didn’t work for more than a minute!

The hotel est nice & clean and has good vibes. However, a kettle in the room for tea & coffee would be very nice. Having to dress & come down late at night or early in the morning for tea feels a bit inhospitable. Also the charge of 3 pounds a bag for the hotel to keep them when you arrive early is exagerated.

Convenient little hotel walking distance from Liverpool station. A lot of dining choice and things to see nearby.

Walkable to where i needed to be but the room was too small even for a single person And wasn't worth the £150 a night i paid And my room was allocated like it was separate from main hotel I would stay again but not that room

Very nice hotel.

The staircases don’t all have bannisters. I was appalled. People are carrying suitcases/heavy bags about, which I think increases the opportunity to stumble. I felt that it is extremely dangerous and according to the map, it was the nearest fire escape to my room. I was told the staircases had all passed health and safety and fire assessments, but I really didn’t enjoy the experience of going down half a flight of stairs with nothing to hold on to, particularly with no warning.

Great location nice and clean rooms ok too. Had a bit of a bug problem in our room that was disappointing but apart from that it was fine.

Nice clean room and en suite. Well set up excellent staff. We were in basement so slight smell of drains and leds on electric equipment annoying but other than that good place to stay

The stay was great I loved the location

Convenient, modern hotel in a great location near Spitalfields. Staff were great and check-in easy. Only downside was cleanliness of room was not great and also the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. Also, so-if was a little flaky.

Did the job. It was average at best. The room was tiny, made even smaller by a giant pillar located awkwardly in the middle of the room. The double bed was a very small double bed and average in comfort. The air conditioning was pretty poor. Breakfast was average. Reasonably priced stay. Nothing major to complain about, staff were friendly and no issues with cleanliness. But overall was pretty disappointed and would not return. If I'd paid this price for this hotel anywhere outside of London I'd be livid.

Nice hotel close to Liverpool Street, room was clean and shower was lovely and warm

Needed to stay close to Liverpool Street Station, so this was ideal. Reception service is automated, but there were friendly staff on hand to assist. Room was a compact, “no windows” space - exactly as I had booked, which was clean and reasonably equipped, though be aware it’s difficult to work from the room, as there is no desk/seat combo!

Can’t believe they charge to leave luggage at hotel

The room is an efficiency and perfect for a short trip where there is no intention to stay in the room. Go out and explore! The location is so close to markets and all that Shoreditch has to offer. If you have large bags or a fear of small places this might not be the right choice. If you are heavyset the shower might not be comfortable though it’s fully functional! For a quick one night this room and location can’t be beat. My lower rating is based on the NOISE. I was on the third floor in a windowless room (I knew this going in) and near a fire door that banged open and closed all night, making sleep a bit difficult. Had they created a soft close door or added white noise I would have rated higher.

Pretty decent for just a place to sleep. I would have liked that they didn’t charge for keeping the suitcases for just a couple hours. But fine enough.

Location was great. Quite comfortable room. Rooms could with renovation. Tiles missing in bathroom, sink plug broken. Bathroom floor spongy. Not major issues over all stay gooo.

Nice clean hotel close to Liverpool Street station. Very friendly staff. Happy to stay there again.
